Wickes - Norwich Recenzje 

Great support and help from Paula at the tills when I had bank card issue.
She helped with the codes for click and collect and I got to work with my supplies.
Wickes is great, in and out speedily.

Terrible service from the Kitchen designer.

Promised several times to send quotation and designs. Waited over four weeks and there was still no price or design, even though we had the designer measure up and we went in store to discuss ideas. Now seven weeks and no contact from store, even though they knew we were ready to order immediately.

Complete waste of time - Went to Howdens, design and price next day.

Popped in yesterday and spoke with the lovely Paula. Found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions. She is a credit to the team.

Our design Consultant was Sarah and Installer was Matt for 2 new bathroom installations.
Sarah's design was fantastic and any problems during the installation process were very quickly resolved, not that there were many! She is very competent and friendly and a delight to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending her to other customers. We could not have had a finer installer than Matt, his attention to detail and quality of work could not be faulted.
We have no hesitation in recommending both Sarah and Matt for their services.

Had a great interaction with a number of colleagues whilst instore all very friendly and willing to help, kitchen and bathroom area was busy but was offered support from a colleague who stopped what they were doing to offer help. Whilst shopping for a few bits in the main shop avain was approached and asked if i needed help, was nice to see people that clearly happy in there jobs.

I contacted Wicks community projects to help jump start our new play initiative at St Michael's school in Aylsham. They have kindly made a donation of storage boxes/bins to keep our equipment safe and dry during the winter months. We really appreciate this incredibly generous donation to our school. Jon and Clive were very helpful, knowledgable and professional. I am less than a novice at DIY and they assisted me in choosing the right products and even gave me tips on how to make my job easier. They are a pair of superstars.

I recently placed a click and collect order for a drain pipe and a watering can. I got a call saying that despite the website saying there were 2 in stock, they didn't have any. I suggested they could order the pipe and I'll collect in a few days. Apparently they can't order products, they are allocated a certain stock, and don't know when any more are coming in... Great business plan for a shop!
So, as they were showing stock could be ordered and delivered, I did that instead. It was only £5 delivery, so not dreadful.
My drain pipe arrived yesterday, and the courier was very good with their contact and delivery times. (It was a local courier, so I'm not sure how 'they' managed to order the pipe). Unfortunately, the pipe has been squashed it two places, so although the pipe is useable, it's doesn't look very nice.
Overall, not a good experience with Wickes...

What a brilliant experience, sent in a request for some garden materials on Sunday evening, first thing Monday had an email from Emma at the Norwich store to say that the store could support project and the items requested could be picked up whenever was convenient.

Lois Hall at Norwich was a star! She was a great help with planning our new kitchen, came up with lots of practical suggestions and ideas, put no pressure on us to order and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Many thanks Lois!
