Ben & the team @ Wigston
Ben, Dave and the team donated some tools to our tree and hedgerow planting campaign. Met on the day by Dave who showed me where the items required were, recommended best value items to take, fetched me a trolley & posed for a quick PR shot at the end. We thank them for their generosity & excellent customer service.

Helpful staff member
Gordon served us today. He was very cheerful and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the product (wall tiles in clearance) and allayed some of our concerns. He helped us load these heavy packs of tiles into our car - this was appreciated by my disabled husband.
Thanks a lot.

Shopped for an item which wasn't in stock but was told where I could buy it, polite and helpful.Assisted in finding other items in the large store. At the checkout Rash was efficient, polite and his attention was totally on my experience rather than making me feel I was just another faceless customer.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, was potentially going to be a nightmare as I ordered 2 doors in the wrong size and needed to return them. Leigh who i spoke to me saw me in the carpark and straight away knew it was me and pointed me in the wrong direction to Warren tge manager who made the return and reorder a really smooth transaction. Top service.

I popped into wickes in Wigston-leicester to return a few surplus item & purchase a few other things. The assistant 'Rash' couldn't be anymore polite. He explained he was recently appointed, and therefore took slightly longer then normal. The fact that he stayed calm, shared his honesty, & demonstrated great confidence means alot. He also provided excellent service. Thankyou
