Sarah (GC) our Design Consultant at Wickes Huntingdon has been superb. Lovely lady, so friendly & helpful who provided support throughout. We can’t thank her enough for such a fantastic service. John from TIC who did the installation with his team Charlie & Vlad all worked so hard & did an excellent job. Friendly & cheerful service throughout & great to have a proper clean up by Emily on completion of the works.
The Big Watch Out which is totally on Wickes & no reflection on any of those above, is the total lack of transparency in installation costs & being misled by the quote to actual cost at the end which was then £2,400 more!! Wickes need to stop quoting on guided installation costs just to think you’re getting a competitive price & get you to commit & pay 100%, only to follow up with a home service by the third party installers where specialist works & any extras are then added on, plus more costly add ons that only come to light during completion of the works because the guided pricing isn’t actually a true reflection of the work required!! Wickes need to join up with their third party installers & allow them to provide a full & comprehensive & quote from the start so customers actually know the full cost that they are committing to.

From the initial visit from Sarah for the kitchen design to the fitting of the kitchen by Steve, we cannot fault the service. Both were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah was happy to revisit and discuss the design and when there was the obvious odd snag, Steve was only too happy to sort things out. I highly recommend Wickes, together with Sarah and Steve. A very happy customer.

We received great customer service from Sarah who helped us design the bathroom and help us with any questions we had. I would highly recommend using her to design your room. 5*

Wiktoria was excellent. She was well prepared and helpful. She was friendly throughout and answered all our questions. Our bathroom is quirky and she spent time finding solutions and talking through options.

Very happy with the service and experience we received. The kitchen consultant was really good and totally knew her stuff. Was really good both in the appointment and following up with really quick turnarounds on any changes we communicated to her.

We got our kitchen remodel through Wickes and we are really pleased with the outcome. The sales customer service from the beginning to the end has been great. The fitter they supplied was also great. The only issue was that not all the parts were delivered and Wickes then sent the wrong items a few times before we finally ended up with all the correct parts. Would give 4.5 stars overall.

Wiktoria provided a warm, friendly and efficient design experience at Wickes Huntingdon. I felt I had the time to make appropriate choices under her expert guidance, and she was able to answer all my questions. Excellent service, arranged appointment with wiktoria, and went through our design, wiktoria designed our kitchen with everything we required and was very professional when describing additional items that would be required to complete our kitchen, layout, design and cost was everything we wanted, highly recommend wiktoria for your designs and advice.

Our Wicks experience started with our Design Consultant, Sarah. She listen to what we wanted in our kitchen. The design reflected our wants/needs. This is vital as company "b" listened but then put their own ideas in to it. Thank you Sarah for respecting my wife's wishes. K&K Developers were the best; hard working, curteous and respectful of our home. We now have a beautiful modern and fully updated kitchen. Thank you!

After looking at what kitchen units we required, we found Sarah Gerrard-Cook the design consultant at Wicks Huntington extremely helpful in every way, from the home visit to measure up, to doing quote, discussing what units were required and organising delivery, the units were of good quality, the the worktop installed by others was good.

Very good I love it wickes

As first time kitchen renovators we were in the dark from the set off, we dealt with Sarah Gerrard-Cook from the Huntingdon store and she was brilliant. We went in to store with a wish list and didn’t have the biggest of spaces to work with but this was a challenge to Sarah and not a chore. Sarah listened to us the entire way through, gave us advice and shared learnings from previous installations to help it all run smoothly. We came in on budget and didn’t have to compromise ending up with a vision on paper brought to life. We are delighted with the final results and would definitely use Sarah for our next project in 2026.

Wiktoria was amazing!! She's so friendly and polite. Everything was so simple and quick and she included everything we wanted in the plan. We went through all aspects of the design to make sure we loved everything and she even set up the delivery date for us that we wanted before we got home. Would definitely recommend

We recently had our new kitchen designed by Wiktoria, Design Consultant at Wickes in Huntingdon, and we absolutely love it! From the very first meeting, when our kitchen (extension and knock-through) was just a set of architect’s drawings, through to ensuring the installation went smoothly, she has been absolutely fantastic.

Wiktoria is a real pleasure to work with. She always goes above and beyond, finding smart solutions to any challenges (including an unexpected beam!) and making sure we were happy with every detail. Her advice was spot on, she stayed calm under pressure, and was always polite, professional, and a joy to deal with.

She also made sure we were assigned an experienced fitting team, and Kevin and Tom were brilliant- true perfectionists who did an outstanding job.

We visited a number of kitchen suppliers before deciding, and Wiktoria stood out by far as the most knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely lovely person we met. We’re so glad we chose Wickes.

The only thing we found was that we didn’t really end up using the Customer Experience Co-ordinator much – but that’s probably because Wiktoria was so amazing and proactive that we just went straight to her whenever we needed anything!

Our new kitchen looks absolutely stunning, and we’ve had so many compliments on the quality, finish, and overall design. A massive thank you to Wiktoria, Kevin, and Tom – the dream team!
