Tanveer very rude young lady asked her if she could help me with finding a product shook her head and said sorry i’m busy? WHERE is the customer service? Such a rude person i would rate my experience 0 if i could. She had her phone on her looking at her phone instead so unprofessional! i would like this to be escalated and looked out at

I collected 10 large grow bags from my local Wicks in Handsworth, Birmingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as a woman on my own, they put the bags onto the trolley and then loaded them into my car.

I just returned a bag of bg joint filler which was out of date, use by 09.01.2025, went to get another bag and that was out of date as well 11 2024. Shocking

Kiran at the handsworth branch was exceptionally helpful and made sure we left with everything we needed.

The assistant saved me a lot money by advising that I could get trade account, I didn’t know I was eligible until then. Just previously last week I spent about £500 in another branch of wicked, but that assistant didn’t mention any trade account or not.

I love this shop. It has been brilliant for my loft conversion. Ollie and James were excellent. They even enabled a store clerk to support me to my car with an awkward item.

Nina provided great service and helped me find what I needed.

Oliver at Handsworth Wickes went out of his way to help and rectify an error the branch had made with my click and collect order.

I have been to Wickes' store in Handsworth today and was served by Nelly Patel. What a wonderful experience. She was fantastic! Nelly listened to my problem and suggested a way to resolve it. She patiently helped me with the product to ensure it fitted into my vehicle. She then arranged a refund and a collection of a return for a different unwanted item with no fuss and great personal service. She was attentive, polite and pleasant and truly made me feel valued as a customer. Nelly's customer service was amongst the best I've ever had! In a world where it seems that companies lack customer needs she was a shining light. She is a big reason I will return to the same store. She was friendly and professional at the same time. Nelly is truly an asset to the company. Well done Nelly Patel. You made my day. Keep smiling!

I had an issue with my storage box that I bought from Wickes Handsworth. I spoke to Scott who dealt with the issue. Throughout my interaction, he was helpful and provided me with a replacement product, he made the process stress free. Superb service and would shop there again knowing any issues would be dealt with swiftly. Thank you again Scott, another happy customer!

I needed to buy timber for a garden repair job. I don't do DIY or buy timber so really needed advice, and guidance. I received assistance from Shaun upon entering the store right through to finding the product, paying for it and loading the heavy timber into my car. Shaun was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive making this a quick and easier experience than it would've have been. Thanks to Shaun and his Manager who approved him leaving the job he was doing to help me find the correct timber.
