Wickes - Hall Green Recenzje

New kitchen from Wickes in Hall Green
And from design to delivery and any thing in between!
Ash, has been superb throughout - and even when he made a visit onsite to check measurements was able to run some more ideas that worked really well !
Very very happy and thanks Ash and the team at the Hall Green store!
Will be returning when it’s time to tackle the bathroom next! 😄

Popped into Wickes in hall green and had such a good experience. A lovely young girl called Kyrah helped me pick the perfect paint for my newborns room, she showed me where everything was and was just super helpful overall. Really nice to see someone so young taking pride in what they do. Thanks Kyrah!

Eva and Heather wonderful people, really helpful, really great service, help you in every department really happy with their service. 😇👍

Visited Hall Green Wickes on Sunday the 2nd of November. The help and assistance given by two employees can only be explained as sublime. Scarlett & Heather had an excellent understanding of what I needed. Both were extremely polite and helpful, with positive attitudes. In a way that i would best describe as both being exceptional.

We made a fairly simple purchase of a sink unit for our utility area. Deep assisted us beautifully in our choices. He listened carefully to our requests, he was patient, friendly and expert in his knowledge.
He made us feel we’d be very happy to recommend your store and Deep’s attention to us. Hayley on leaving also gave us a lovely smile. Thank you!

Mark in the hall green stored saved the store a £1000 order
A blonde lady day before told us the systems were down but the systems were fine. Mark used his intelligence to place orders across stores and patiently wait until the job was done. MARK for manager.

Prompt delivery. Driver very helpful & polite

Why is so difficult to acknowledge someone at the till ?
Where is the friendliness , where is the approachability ?
If the job is not what want to do , then don't do it. Hve some pride in your work.
Stop being miserable.

Excellent customer service always

From purchasing bathroom furniture, doors, toilets and today paint I've always had support from the staff they are great!

The management team were great on shift today helping me with finding the correct paint needed!

We came in to the Hall Green branch in search of a kitchen for my daughters first apartment. We met Richard who booked us in right away. At the appointment Richard helped us configure a very small and awkward kitchen, and introduced ideas we hadn't considered, which allowed a better layout, and storage solutions.
He was professional, patient and incredibly good at his job. I do feel he is an asset to the company. Thank you so much Richard, I will definitely be recommending you and will be back for our kitchen with yourself at the end of the year too. Thank you.

We were highly impressed with Richard’s professionalism and thoughtful approach when assisting my 81 year-old father in selecting his first new kitchen in over 30 years. His understanding, patience and care made the experience exceptionally positive. Thank you, Sophia G.

I’m always ordering from Wickes …..the next day delivery is marvellous… my normal delivery person is Rashpal, helpful , polite and always a pleasure to deal with…. Nothing is to much……. Whether it’s to leave in my safe place or help me move it elsewhere . Cheers to you Rashpal from Hall Green !!!

We have been working on a little project and using Wickes Hall Green store a lot. We have been served many times by Nilesh, he is always polite and pleasant to be served by. Nilesh has amazing customer service, he serves with a smile and always asks us how we are and how we are getting on.
Nilesh works very hard and is always happy to help. We have been very happy with our experience because of him. Thank you Nilesh

Very helpful staff in store , helped me find what I wanted and gave plenty of advice. Will definitely visit again .

Male staff member who served me on the till was especially helpful explaining how to use a cartridge gun. Thank you

I've just gone into the store who a gentlemen called John Coombs who advised me which was the best product to get he went above and beyond to help me as I had no idea on which was the best one and I would definitely recommend this store as I felt the staff was very welcoming

John Coombs was very helpful he was very patient while I went through my options

Fantastic service from Tim. Helped me with my shopping and gave great advice

Wickes in Hall green staff are rude and moody - not very helpful especially the people serving on tills. They lack basic customer serving skills.
Hope they receive some training.
Staff should try and empathise with how they would feel if they went to a store and were given the same level of respect. I assume not very happy.
