The designer was off Ill. Didn’t even bother to let me know I turned up for my appointment after taking time off work and was just told to rebook. Most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. I get people are unwell but communication in business is key. Then the attitude in store!!!! Very very unprofessional

Our bathroom designer, Amy Hudson was friendly and professional and designed the perfect bathroom for us. Due to traffic issues, we were about 15 minutes late for our in-store appointment with Amy but she was polite and offered us hot drinks despite our lateness. She went through everything thoroughly and informed us on what to expect from our installers. Thank you Amy !

Amy made selecting our new kitchen easy and straightforward. She was easy to talk to and made us feel at ease with our questions and decisions. We’ll definitely being returning to see Amy when it’s time to do the bathroom!

Amy Hudson was our bathroom designer and was so polite, friendly and professional. She helped us create a bathroom we absolutely love within our budget and, as with most things, there were a few missing bits but after contacting Amy she organised bits to be delivered and we weren’t delayed too much! Amy had been amazing and the guys delivering were super friendly and helpful. Had a very positive experience overall, thank you

The Design Consultant Kylie Young was very knowledgeable and personable. We were given alternatives ideas and all questions were answered. We received a printed design promptly and all aspects were explained throughly.

Well where do I start ??
Ordered a kitchen back in July for delivery 20th September 2 days before delivery informed kitchen sink was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a week which was no good as had fitters booked for 22nd September called up customer service and was told to go and buy another one from wickes and would be reimbursed
Delivery arrived on 20th September and the delivery crew were brilliant however they said why have you got 5 worktops in different colours ? Said I requested only 2 so they took them back, my lights were also left behind in the delivery depot
Fitters started their work and then asked why have you got a splashback when we are tiling ? Again I had not requested this, I took back to wickes and was told they will refund me in the next 2 days.
Later on in the week the fitters followed the design made by wickes and said they have ordered you miles too much cornice. Again I took back to wickes and was told no problems we will reimburse you again
I was then 10 hinge covers that go inside cupboards missing so another phone call to customer services who said we will send out, a week later still no sign of them so another call to customer services and again said will sendnout
The refunds never materialised and to date have visited Hailsham 8 times asking for the refund to be told there is an IT problem
I eventually got 437 pounds back but am still waiting a further 690 pounds to be returned and everything I am getting fobbed off
Yes it's my own fault for not going through the order with a fine toothcomb but thought as they do this regularly they would be accurate
I would never use wickes again after this horrendous experience

I wanted to relay my decking . Never attempted to do anything like this myself. I went to Wickes in Hailsham and asked for help from Steve and Jamie who both went out of their way to assist me. They worked out how much material and decking boards I would need and explained how best to complete my boarding. They even arranged for it to be delivered over two days so that I didn’t have to store items in the driveway that was needed to park our cars.

I now have the most perfect decking and only ended up with 1 board left over and half a dozen screws.

Thanks to the service of both Steve and Jamie I now have the confidence to do more diy and will be returning to Wickes in Hailsham for more advise as I now have the bug to do more.

Joseph was very helpful and polite. He showed us all options of furniture, products and design, and was patient while we looked at products and supported our decisions when we changed our minds with the small space we had. The product range looks really good with a modern look and feel we look forward to our new sleek and clean looking family bathroom. He has been easy to contact and I'm sure will be for the rest of the project.

Avoid at all costs, disgusting service.
Ordered a kitchen from Amy Hudson, who 'measured' our new kitchen for us, think she might need a new tape measure as nothing has been measured correctly.
Trying to get someone for Wickes to help rectify the situation is like getting blood out of a stone. They couldn't care any less if they tried, no one calls back and the customer service number is an even bigger joke. Currently paying for a kitchen fitter who is at a standstill due to their incompetence. No one takes responsibility and try to pass the buck claiming it to be someone else's fault. My partner is in tears due to the situation and still it falls on deaf ears and to think we've paid the best part of £10k for this stress! Do yourself a favour and buy your kitchen ANYWHERE else.

I bought a kitchen Joe looked after me through the process kitchen design etc very helpful no pressure good advice I would definitely recommend him & Wicks

Amy was very patient, altering the designs and spec whilst providing options for consideration. Once the design was finalised and instruction placed, the whole process went basically to plan with good feed back on deliveries etc. The installation team of Clemilson and his son Michael were a delight to have around. Courteous, clean, efficient and with an attention to detail to be envied. The additional works requested were all carried with associated trades arriving at the agreed times. I would highly recommend Wickes Hailsham for a kitchen replacement, and if you can can wait, request Clemi and Mike as the installers, it will be worth it.

Amy is friendly, efficient and creative. We are very pleased with our design and Amy has made the process straightforward and understandable. Excellent communication skills and dealt with any queries quickly.

Absolutely appalling aftercare. All of wants the sub standard handle replaced and a toilet seat that was cracked by fitter Bathroom is only 5 months old

I found the designer Vicky rude and disintrested maybe my budget wasnt enough for her to bother, i came back and saw Amy sepreatley. I had a much better experience but ultimately decided to shop elsewhere due to the first interaction and better service i found at Wren

I purchased a kitchen and had Amy do the drawing/plan for me, very pleased with her work and how good the design was!!

Recently had new kitchen fitted. I’m am delighted with the result. The quality of the units is excellent. The design by the Design Consultant Vikki Hales was perfect and she was very approachable when I occasionally changed my mind about something. The fitting and all additional building work , plastering and decorating by Robert Pym was excellent too. Nothing was too much trouble.
