Went in wickes gloucester today and Eileen was very helpful she saved us some money on floor tiles if we knew some with a trade which we did and had 15% discount so not a bad day

Didn’t have what I wanted but the staff helped me find somewhere to get it. I bought other stuff because I was so pleased with their service. Thank you Wicks gloucester

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Our experience with Wickes kitchen installation in Gloucester was extremely disappointing. What was meant to be a two-week installation took over a month before we had a usable kitchen, and around eight months later remedial works were still being carried out.

The issues included:

* An incorrect kitchen design, resulting in units being ordered incorrectly and having to be reordered.
* Kitchen units being installed in the wrong position and not level, requiring further work and reinstallation.
* Drilling through a water pipe, causing water damage within the property.
* Bathroom flooring being installed incorrectly and having to be replaced months later by another Wickes installer.
* Incorrect flooring trim/edging being fitted and subsequently redone.
* Installers leaving the job part-way through following disputes and issues arising from the kitchen design and installation problems.
* Multiple defects requiring repeated return visits and remedial works.

Communication was poor throughout, with constant chasing required for updates and resolutions. To add to the frustration, despite being told that a finance agreement had been cancelled and payment would be made directly, instalment payments were later activated.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend Wickes kitchen installation services.

Went in for paint. Nicole helped me find the one I needed within a few minutes and answered my questions. Stellar service. The man on the desk was friendly and advised me to take my receipt in case it wasn’t right.

I visited the Gloucester Wickes store today to purchase PVC cladding. I was unsure as to what I needed but Gavin who worked there was extremely helpful. I look forward to using this store again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Very helpful and friendly staff. They showed us where something was that we couldn't find. They came up with a solution as the product we wanted wasn't in the size we needed in the Gloucester store which saved us a trip to the Cheltenham store.

Amazing experience, good engagement from the manager. My kitchen is looking much better with the new additions from this store

Bought 15 bags of soil in jan for spring project, Turns out it wasn’t sterilised so full of seeds which had ruined everywhere I used this soil, called to report once discovered, told too late too bad even though plants need time to grow.

Briliant service from Wickes Gloucester. Made our Kitchen transformation so easy. From the initial measure up and design with Atul and the final build with Shaun, the whole process was easy and very well managed. Great customer service from Wickes customer service team and the delivery teams as well. The whole service provided made what can be a daunting process so easy. A pleasure to have Wickes do the work for us.

Use Wickes quite often. Eileen is always there to help out. Very polite and courteous as are all the other staff.

Staff on the till offered good advise, allowing me to get the right product for the job.
Not up selling, ultimately saving me money.

Went to purchase garden fence 6x4 feet advertised for £23, it was marked £23 under the item, on the check out they said it was £30 and the one I wanted was out of stock, this happens often where the space is stocked with another item and they don't change the price ticket, the times I've got to the checkout and found the item is a different price and always higher.

Required some paint that you had in stock but not found on shelf. Conner located it in the warehouse and within minutes found it and brought it out to me . Excellent service
