Jason the design consultant from the Dunstable store was absolutely brilliant when designing our kitchen . We have a large and strange shaped kitchen but he managed to design something that looks amazing . We had several meetings with him and he never minded us asking questions or making small changes .
He followed the job through to the end and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone . Everyone admires our kitchen when they see it .

Julia greeted me with a smile, was polite and very prompt in bringing my click and collect order to my car.

I recently visited Wickes in Dunstable and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the incredibly friendly staff.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly my interaction with Mario, an employee who truly went above and beyond. His super friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I was thoroughly impressed by his extensive knowledge of the products. Mario's expertise shone through as he skillfully guided me through the process of choosing the right paint and other essentials for my project.

What sets Mario apart is not just his friendliness, but his genuine passion for helping customers. His ability to understand my needs and offer tailored advice was truly admirable. I found myself in awe of his skills and the depth of his product knowledge.

If you need a kitchen design done, I cannot recommend Jason enough! He has been very patient with us as we waited and amended things but has been so supportive throughout the process. He has such a friendly manner and is so efficient in everything he does. Everything has been explained clearly from start to finish and we are so pleased we chose Wickes for our new kitchen.

Our experience with our appointment with Joanne Dewen to design a new bathroom was second to none.
Jo come to our house to measure the day before our appointment in the store which is a great service offered.
When we arrived at the store to our appointment, Jo had already put in all the measurements in the computer programme so it was all set up to go with adding our choices.
Jo certainly knew her products and was very confident on using the software program.
Nothing was to much trouble, never rushed or felt pressured into anything.
The whole design jounery was made very easy and enjoyable with Jo,s expertise , friendliest and being professional at the same time.
We would certainly highly recommend Joanne Dewen as a design consultant for a new kitchen or Bathroom.

Staff in Dunstable are always helpful and polite, they don’t say go look in aisle 15 they take you and find your item. We use them every time we want anything to do with DIY. Marie yesterday was most helpful, but this is usual at the Dunstable store. Well done to all the staff.

Design Consultant Shannon Tennant at Dunstable Branch offered great advice and plans for kitchen that we would not have thought of. Variety of choices available. Initial design looks good and looking forward to seeing the completed project.

Been visiting this store for around 2 weeks now and have to say they are great. Super helpful and friendly every time. The lady at the till, Marie is brilliant. We had a chat about the new solar panels on display and she took the time to answer all of our questions.

This was our first time going through the process of designing and purchasing our own kitchen and Shannon made the whole process so easy. Shannon was super knowledgeable, friendly, took time to go through all our ideas and options and we didn’t feel pressure to purchase anything or to go for higher priced options at any point during our appointments, which was refreshing. We were kept up to date every step of the process and overall it was a brilliant experience.

Shannon popped round to our property to start the planning process. She was pleasant and would listen to our ideas. After a week went and viewed our bathroom design and was over the moon she understood our needs and ideas and came up with our dream bathroom. Amazing.

Another successful project delivered by Wickes Dunstable. My tired old kitchen required a radical makeover and I needed help to make that happen. Wickes designer, Shannon, brought to the project her usual combination of flair, attention to detail and creativity. The installer, Martin, went the extra mile to ensure the job ran smoothly, and his problem solving approach was just what was needed. I am absolutely delighted with the transformation that has taken place.

Marie was so helpful refunding my order for my flooring.

From the moment we stepped into Wickes, Shannon made us feel so at ease and extremely supported in our purchase options. Everything from the free home visit and measure, to the in store design appointment went so smoothly. I really felt listened to and understood in regard to my taste and expectations. She is an absolute asset to the store, her design really showcased both my dream bathroom and kitchen, she went above and beyond to ensure everything i wanted was included and was able to sell me my dream, she maximised our space and was always on hand to make any amendments I wanted. Shannon was easy to bounce ideas off of and made what I thought would be a stressful experience, extremely enjoyable. We purchased both our bathroom and kitchen and couldn't be happier with our end results.

Shannon was very helpful,very proffesional.Her measurements were spot on. I draw and design houses and extensions and drew what I thought was a perfect kitchen but Shannon had ideas that were far better and kitchen is fantastic now fully installed.I will be recommending her

My husband and I decided to get a quote for our new kitchen when we saw the kitchen created for my brother in law.
We approached Shannon in store and she came out to meet us at our house to draw up plans and get an idea what kind of thing we were looking to create.
Shannon was very friendly, listened carefully and was very quick to make suggestions and give ideas to us.
She has been helpful in letting us know what is possible and how to get around difficulties encountered.
We felt that she really understood the brief and worked with us to make everything possible.
Shannon has made herself available, sometimes at short notice, to us by phone, or in person. She has replied promptly and with answers to queries.
She has been very clear about price and offered alternatives to suit any budget. The quote was well presented and clear, she has made a few changes on our behalf as we have started work and made adjustments.
We think that Shannon was amazing at being our designer and has made for a very enjoyable and easy process.
We cannot recommend her enough and believe her to be a real asset to the design team at Wickes Dunstable.

The experience so far has been outstanding, this is mainly due to Shannon Tennant your designer. From the initial visit carried out by Shannon to the deign and purchase was so stress free and would recommend wickes in the future. In particular Shannon, as first impressions count and this was the reason why we cancelled our future appointment that was booked with Wren Kitchens following Shannons design and professional approach.

I was in a rush needed to grab some building materials to build a pergola for a client and Marie spent the time to sign me up to a trade account. Her customer service skills were excellent and she actually cares about the customers, it’s not just a job, she’s made it a career! Excellent customer service!!!!
