Balvinder was super helpful with planning our new kitchen. He came to the house to measure up (managed the barky dog!) and discuss what we wanted to achieve. He has so much experience and knowledge he was immediately able to suggest options we hadn't even considered. We had a further 3 meetings with him at Wickes where he was very very patient while we chopped and changed and challenged everything. He explained so much and was keen to show us examples of what we could do and the problems we might encounter. We are very happy with the result and it's all down to him!

Helpful, good humoured, polite and knowledgeable Nikki and Shell with me making a number of changes/swaps and refunds on parts for a gutter job. Couldn't have asked for better. I'll definitely be back to Wickes at Halbeath for my next project parts.

We recently moved house and have purchased a lot from the wickes store in Dunfermline in the last year while doing our house up. Justin is a great help, professional chatty and gets what ever we need lovely staff and can’t fault anything we have purchased from here we will be back

Clean, tidy and good selection of materials. Staff were also very helpful. Especially Deejay ,who explained the benefits of a trade account and helped me sign up for one

Great store with really helpful staff and a huge selection available! The click and collect is fab! Shell went above and beyond in helping me find a product and then when I’d forgotten to scan my card to receive a discount, she made it incredibly easy to rectify this and ensure my discount was applied.

We have had a simple, straightforward and problem free service from Balvinder Jassal and his team, deciding on, surveying and choosing our new bathroom. The pre-contract service has exceeded our expectations. Kept updated fully all the way through the pre-construction stage. I would highly recommend them 👌

Very poor customer service.
Went in to discuss various options for front door paint with undercoat/primer - the assistant that first helped is was polite and unsure on how to answer our questions so asked another member of staff to come help, they refused to come and said they couldn't answer properly. I asked if anyone that worked there would know more about Wickes own paint brand, and the staff member shrugged his shoulders. I told them that wasn't acceptable and left.
Terrible attitude had by staff today.
Definately won't be back.

Customer service was great. Getting our kitchen was made easy by staff at Wickes. We did have a problem regarding our dishwasher but everything was sorted out and money refunded. Would definitely recommend Wickes.

We are so happy with our new kitchen from Wickes! Huge thank you to Marius who took the time to talk us through and show us all of the options available, and listened as we worked out what would be best. His ability to change the design to best suit our needs gave us the personalised touch to make the kitchen most functional for our lifestyle. This was the first company we got a quote from, and we just kept coming back from other quotes wishing it was more like Marius’ design! The experience of working with Marius was the driving decision behind us choosing Wickes for our kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I will be recommending Marius and Wickes to all of my friends and family for their future home improvements!

We were looking for a paint to match out new wallpaper as we are decorating the bathroom. Couldn't find a good match but David P used the colour match machine to find us one that matched our preference almost perfectly. Great service 😁

Only bothering my arse to write this review so Alec @ Halbeath gets his fiver or whatever bonus for a review. Went in for stanley knife, got Stanley knife, left. Simple. No added extras were received. Just pay your staff better rather than beg for reviews.

Nikki was extremely helpful pointing out locations for several items, dispite being stuck on the till. New where everything was.
