Wickes - Dorking Recenzje

Excellent service, all staff polite and helpful, Manager went above and beyond to help with ensuring we were satisfied with our products and service we recieved.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Choosing and designing a kitchen is very stressful, particularly for older people. Domnic was patient, skillful and encouraging. Thank you

Always helpful staff here and I’m in and out 3/4 times a week. Sean served me today and was as usual cheerful and polite. Got what I needed which is usually the case here and most things are easy to find too. Occasionally have to ask where something is but usually because I’m looking “like a bloke”!

I brought a kitchen from the Dorking store and I had a great experience. This was my first time buying a kitchen and I was doing it on a budget and was nervous about choosing the right one. Emily the design consultant put me straight at ease. She showed me different options and designed it on screen for me too see and change different things. The process was so much easier than I thought. The kitchen has now been fitted and I am over the moon with the result. Thank you Emily and Wickes Dorking for making this a pleasant, fun and straight forward experience.

Very nice man called Alister in the Dorking Wickes helped me find all the stuff I needed, gave good advice and loaded my car. Very helpful and polite staff. Great customer service.

I had a return to do and buy tiles for kitchen and bath. Tommy helped with it. He was very friendly and respectful and also helped in to load all the goods.
Very impressive

Tidy store and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff, couldn't find a specific paint colour I wanted so the manager offered to order it in for me, very good service will be coming back for my next DIY requirements

Craig is always so helpful. Very friendly and always brings a reassuring smile.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean floors & tidy shelves and very easy to navigate, it’s safe to say I’ve found my new favourite store. As someone who finds DIY quite daunting, I felt at ease and confident that I was given the best service and advice for my needs. THANK YOU WICKES DORKING!

Great store, really helpful staff

Great selection of products, well organised which is unusual for a DIY store! Staff were attentive to a couple of questions I had on paint types.

Visited this Wickes recently since moving to the area. The staff were super friendly and pointed me in the right direction as to what I needed. Very clean too!

Craig went above and beyond to assist us in getting the right colour and type of paint. He was friendly engaging and respectful Craig mixed the paint for us and ensured that the lids were on tight for transporting.
It was great to have someone like Craig identify we needed assistance and then engage with us and help solve the problem.

We normally use the Dorking branch of Wickes. We always manage to find someone knowledgeable and helpful to assist us. Craig, who is normally on the checkout tills is always professional, friendly and helpful. Altogether, Dorking is a nice branch to visit.

Very happy with our experience from Wickes in Dorking. Julie was very helpful in organising our worktop and the company that measured up and fitted were great too. A very positive experience.

I purchased my kitchen from Wickes in Dorking. The kitchen is stunning and looks better then anticipated. From start to finish it was an excellent service. Julie Barratt was the designer who gave us great ideas for a small space. Jason Thompson was our installer who was amazing, knowledgeable and experienced in installing units, electrics and plumbing. So happy with results.
