Excellent customer service. Very helpful.

I purchased a bucket of paint and a roller to be delivered to me in NW1 area. The delivery driver came to deliver and left my delivery in a walkway in my building. My order was stolen and Wickes came back to say they do not deliver in block of flats. Wickes stated that they deliver on the kerb or road side. Wickes why is this not on your website before orders are placed? Disgusting 🤮 I want my refund

Amazing service from Sabry Ali, he measured our whole kitchen and designed a beautiful kitchen for us. Was very patient & suggested improvements/ideas that we did not think of to create more space in the kitchen.

Fantastic service from Sabry at Wickes in Cricklewood. Really grateful for all of his help and patience. The installation also went very smoothly and we are very happy with our new kitchen.

Omar was amazing and excellent so kind helpful engaging and caring I am new to paint shopping and picking colors he helped me with everything. His manner conduct and service skills were 100% he went above and beyond to help me. I was so grateful as I find wickes intimidating as I don’t know how to find paint colors gloss Matt etc. Omar is fantastic at his job and you are very lucky to have him. Please make sure he sees my message and he knows how good he is at his job. He is the best. Thank him so much from me.

We had a positive experience at Wickes in Cricklewood. Sabry spent a long time with us designing our Kitchen and answering our questions. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Wickes if you are looking to refurbish your home.
We will shortly have a new Kitchen!

I had ordered a kitchen from wickes and sabary ali was dealing with me. He had explained all items and gave his ideas and took ours into consideration and made us design.

what didn’t go wrong?

1. Driver was too lazy to deliver our kitchen and just drove off
2. Some of our items were then assigned to another order and went out of stock
3. Driver dropped some items when delivering our kitchen
4. Million calls to our kitchen designer, Bob, and the store manager, Kwame, both completely ignoring us
5. Failed attempts at speaking to customer services
6. Fitter then started to put kitchen together only to realise that Bob had ordered the wrong carcass colour / internal colour.
7. More calls to Bob and Kwame who both said it was for customer service to deal with
8. Customer service said it’s for the store to deal with
9. Back and forth between the two, neither wanting to do anything about it
10. Bob and Kwame blamed US for not noticing on the invoice that the wrong colour was selected. HOW am I meant to notice something that ISNT there!? No where on the invoice does it say that the carcass colour chosen was the correct or incorrect colour…..I have no reason to believe that Bob didn’t put on the order the colour we chose.
11. They’re refusing to acknowledge their mistake or take any accountability but instead they blaming us and asking us to prove a verbal conversation took place - well I’m sure if they looked back at their CCTV they might be able to lip read what I’m saying LOL!!!
12. They can’t prove that any emails were sent to us which showed the carcass being the incorrect colour because THEY NEVER SENT ANY
13. Been told it will cost £2.5k if I want the correct carcass colour delivered….at my expense of course. God forbid they actually want to help out their customer.

AVOID THE CRICKLEWOOD STORE AT ALL COSTS PARTICULARLY BOB AND KWAME UNLESS YOU WANT THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE.

Went in for a bathroom design appointment with Sabry. We knew roughly what we wanted but had a few questions. Sabre answered all our questions in a polite and friendly way and gave us a few extra ideas and possibilities. Bought the suite we wanted with a few extras. Will definitely be going back for tiles etc. Thank you

Sabri Ali was our design consultant. He was really helpful and made the process very straightforward. His drawings and visualisations and the finishes samples helped the decision-making process.

Sabry was a very helpful kitchen designer, he is efficient, professional and easy to work with. Sometimes he is hard to get ahold of, but otherwise very good.

I served by Gaga today and the today , the service was amazing and Gaga was 10/10🙂

Had great service from the staff and store manager at Wickes in Cricklewood today. They were very attentive and provided sound advice on my painting and decorating queries.

I use the Cricklewood branch every time I’m fixing the house…anytime I’m lost or can’t find what I need I find Bhavi- from Management always so helpful she goes that extra mile to help and guide us.

Female manager Staff at cricklewood branch was very nice and helpful whenever I have been into store.

I was so happy with the customer service from everyone at wickes cricklewood but especially Dylan. He was amazing in helping find the correct tools and materials that I needed. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for your amazing service.
