Wickes - Chelmsford Recenzje 

Had a kitchen consultation as we wanted a new kitchen couldn’t get a booking in our home town so drove out around 30-40 min To Chelmsford. The guy we see was straight on to telling us we wouldn’t get a price today as is only a 1hr booking fair enough I guess so he took all our details including kitchen dimensions and a copy of a sketch witch highlighted unit sizes as we wanted a like for like kitchen just all new he said he would get it done and email it across. I sent him an email 4days later to ask how things was going and no reply. We contacted him by phone two days later and he said sorry I didn’t reply to your email it’s been hectic here and you will have the quote by end of day today or tomorrow that was 3 days ago and still no response. If this is the quality of service when I’m trying to purchase a kitchen I’d hate to imagine what if there was a problem later on down the line we have emailed to say we will not be pursuing it and are looking else where and guess what no response.

I went to Wickes in Chelmsford had an appointment with Anthony Marshall, he designed my kitchen followed by a home visit to check measurements etc, the delivery was good, no damage or missing parts, I changed something very last minute Anthony was extremely helpful and understood my reasons, overall an excellent experience, Anthony was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him, I am over the moon with my new kitchen

I highly recommend Wickes for a kitchen design! We dealt with Anthony Marshall, who was beyond professional and had an amazing attention to detail. His knowledge of what Wickes was able to offer really helped with planning the perfect design for our kitchen. He came to our house to measure up and perfectly fitted what we wanted in the space available. We then went to the store, where he showed us the showroom, so we could confirm the finer details and see it all come together. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CREATING THE PERFECT KITCHEN!

Keeley was amazing in advising me on my new bathroom design and couldn’t really do enough in helping me plan and visualise what it would look like.
She did several plans and was very patient in explaining and checking stuff for me.
She even came in on her day off for me, so I could order it all with her, a really nice person.
A real credit to Wickes and they are lucky to have you Keeley, great customer service unfortunately is a rare thing these days but you have it in abundance.

I can’t recommend Wickes design and installation services enough, Tony Fehily Design Consultant - Chelmsford and the team were professional and very helpful in making my desired bathroom real ! They tweaked the design to meet my mobility needs but kept the design aligned to my optional ask. They were honest in the turn around times and supported me through the process. Tony Marshall at Wickes Chelmsford provided exceptional service. He followed our project all the way through from the planning stage with an excellent key for detail through to arranging small amendments and changes we wanted late on and during installation. He was always contactable and attentive to any questions we had. We are extremely pleased with our kitchen and would recommend Tony to anyone.

We visited Chelmsford Wickes store for an initial review of their fitted kitchens and was met by kitchen designer and salesman Anthony Marshall. A subsequent home visit was arranged for a survey. Anthony’s proposed design was exactly what we wanted and a good price was agreed and order placed. Wickes Fitter Christian has been superb and done a first class job with the install finding solutions to various problems as they arose, he clearly takes pride in his work. The icing on the cake is the quartz worktops which have been installed superbly. We would definitely recommend Wickes 100% based on our experience.

Great service and lovely staff

I had my kitchen designed by Tony Marshall. He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely thorough in his approach (even the fitters were impressed) and very patient with me while choosing work surfaces/handles/tiles/flooring etc when I changed my mind numerous times!
I had a few issues with the order, needed to change the hob/cooker hood combination, but everything was sorted promptly by the team in store.
I also used Wickes recommended fitters who were also courteous, clean and accommodating for changes and additions.
I have previously had a bathroom installed by Wickes and this was also a good experience which prompted me to return for the kitchen.

Didn't know which paint was best for new plaster .Tina gave great advice .
I definitely would have made a choice .
Spencer on the tills was really helpful taking my shopping to the car .

Anthony Marshall was excellent, he supported to design my kitchen and listened to what I wanted. He made the process of installation with great communication re delivery through to completion.
The installation was done by Jason who again listened to what I wanted and ensured that the kitchen was completed within the timeframe set.

Ordered a totally new bathroom and fitting. It was a great experience from start to finish. From Tony at Chelmsford planning and helping with ideas and talking us through the process to the follow up customer services making sure we were satisfied with the completed installation. All were professional and reliable and made it a great experience. I would recommend them.

DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN!! Tony’s aftercare is crap, his quick enough to respond to get the order through but his aftercare is absolutely useless, he measured my kitchen out for me and didn’t fit to plan so I have a unit over, I needed other units to which I waited for them to be delivered and there was the wrong units so I have extra units, I specified a certain cutlery draw to which I didn’t get, I told him at the start I didn’t need a tap but still got it and cost £180! I need a replacement door and no one is getting back to me after weeks of chasing! I definitely would not of used them and after what I’ve heard from many people, it’s true, there useless! I only use the purely for the 0% finance but in all honesty I wish I’d got a loan and went Howdens as there units and aftercare is second to none!

You keep saying about looking into it on all my reviews but no one has contacted me as I’m sure you could find out who I am and phone me to discuss!! Jokers! I will continue to make people aware of you 💯
