Excellent service from Husna at Catford. Friendly and knew her stuff

Excellent service from George, who designed us a lovely kitchen and helped things along during the delivery and installation stages. The installer assigned to was Krasimir, and he and his colleagues worked exceptionally hard to install everything, taking great care to achieve a really professional finish.

Partial delivered items on Saturday 14.06.25, called customer service and been advised that other store will deliver the same day. Didn't happen, called again customer service which now advised that missing items will be delivered Tuesday 17.06.25. Again didn't happen and called customer Wednesday 18.06.25 which advised that it's not on stock and they will have an update on Tuesday 24.06.25 Although the items still look available on store when check online, the ?Very unprofessional and making me losing money for hiring labour but unable to do the works. Nevere ever from Wickes

My experience was great/fantastic because the salesman Ben was very polite,kind and helpful. He took time to check that the items I required were available. Ben went above and beyond and was attentive when my son went to collect the items.
The company Wickes and their sales team are always helpful when I go into the store and take time to advise me if I’m not sure about the products I’m going to purchase !!
I would recommend the company highly and Ben is a credit to the company ! Thanks to him yesterday the 10 June 2025 I got exactly the items I required . I’m extremely
pleased and happy with my purchase

Prior to visiting the Catford branch I had been to two other branches. I wanted deionised water. At the first branch there was none in stock, they directed me to another branch where there was stock showing of 8, when I arrived there, none were available. I checked Catford and it said there were 10 in stock.

I went to the display area,there were no bottles on display. I called over an assistant called Ben. He took me to another area where the product could also have been on display. None again. I checked stock availability on the website it was showing there were 10 in store.

Having explained our quest Ben went out to the stock room and found a box of four so I bought them.

Went to Wickes in Catford to buy paint we urgently needed. I was so lucky to have a staff member willing to help and assist. Milton was so helpful, knowledgably and made my shopping experience 10 out of 10. He took us round and gave really good tips and advice on how to select colours, types and make the best choice for I was looking for! He also introduced us to Mags, who was just a helpful! Truly great service and customer care.
Many thanks to Milton and Mags, will definitely come again!

My mum and I was absolutely struggling and Milton was like our super hero, he was not only helpful but he was also so kind I had a great time there and it didn’t take as long as it would have if he wasn’t there to help.

George was great to deal with and very helpful on our bathroom design. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Went to the Catford branch today and was helped by a very helpful young man called LJ , who was so much help , he checked the stock for me and work out how much flooring and underlay I needed , I was so confused, but he reassured me and help me with everything and helped me to my car as I have a hernia, and put all the flooring in my car , LJ went above and beyond with the help today and the service with 10/10 will definitely be coming back to purchase the rest of my home and decorating needs , he made the experience easy and less stressful, what a wonderful young man , so polite and helpful

Thanks to Shane at Catford Wickes for going the extra mile to find our trellis panels ( in deep storage behind the scenes!) for our garden project and being on hand to find us the other essentials for the job. Great service - now for our DIY bit ...

Waited all day for a 10am-4pm delivery of cement bags and jumbo sharp sand from the Catford Branch. At 8.30pm two guys from the Wincanton delivery company turned up. No jumbo bag of sand. They missed it off the order. No communication from drivers and Wickes customer service unable to contact drivers. More than useless.

I received fantastic customer service from store colleague Milton at the Catford branch. Milton went above and beyond to assist me in choosing the right laminate flooring, put it on the trolley and assist me to the car to help load the laminate flooring in the car boot. Milton was polite, approachable and knowledgeable of the stores products.

Met with Milton today. Service, support was outstanding. Really friendly, personable. Really help us get everything we needed today. Not been to Wicks for years. Really impressed!!!

George was a great help, he helped us understand what is needed for our space and what makes Wickes an option compared to other companies doing similar work. The differences in small things like a corner space or the paint work on different doors.

It was disappointing, a waste of time! Our so called “designer” was George Carter Allen. We went there for our bathrooms design appointment and when we asked
for his advice/opinion on some items
and color/themes, he said “it’s not my bathroom so i will not say anything” - aren’t designers supposed to help with getting a nice design of the bathroom? I don’t usually write reviews but this time it was so bad that i had to warn those who may need! All he did was dragged the items from the list and dropped in the bathroom - was also very slow with using his computer. Didn’t talk nicely to us, disrespectful towards customers! Also, he kept on asking why we went to that branch (Catford) in a not very nice way! I could go on and on but if you get him as your designer, good luck! Or don’t bother wasting your time really!

Fantastic experience at Wickes, thanks to Milton, the customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Also thanks the Margurita who assisted with my TradePro sign up. Great assets to Wickes (Catford).

Ordered a click and collect which is ready but no one serving just standing around talking. Such bad customer service
