Wickes in Cardiff is my favourite home…
Wickes in Cardiff is my favourite home improvement store. It’s smaller than B&Q but I usually find everything I need. Being a trade customer I get a minimum 10% discount sometimes like today more. The staff are polite and helpful. Shout out to Linda, Anna and Monika.

Tile shopping
Went in to Wickes, Newport Road to select tiles, we were dealt with by Anna who was very helpful and went the extra mile for us, identifying exactly what we wanted, getting the product codes and confirming exactly how many we needed, she also arranged delivery for us so that we didn't overload the car. Great service, extremely proffesional and very customer focused, 👌👏 👏👏

Solar appointment booked & cancelled without explanation.
Solar appointment booked, text saying cancelled, received call a few weeks later confirming appointment and agreeing original date. Received text on the morning of the appointment date saying appointment cancelled..... nothing else received, no further contact. Probably easier to get solar panels put on the moon than the UK!!! Suggest Wickes get themselves organised....

Purchasing paint
Daniel singh was so helpful he not only directed me to the paint I required but carried them to the checkout and offered to help me to the car if need be. He was professional in his role but above all considerate to Customers I would definitely go back to Wicks again for the customer service

I've been a customer for many years and Wickes in Cardiff have always supplied everything I need from D.I.Y. projects to installing my kitchen.
