Kitchen
Dale Tyler- Ordered a kitchen very easily with great advice. Ian Baker was our design consultant and he couldn't do enough for us. Kitchen arrived on set day it was arranged for with great delivery service. We wanted to add more cupboards to our kitchen and Ian was on the other end of the phone getting it all sorted for us with no mistakes. Can't thank him enough for the amazing service he provided. Excellent Customer experience
Popped in to pick up some insulation board to be used for a school project, turns out my car isn't as big as I thought it was! Anyway, Selena who had served us went out of her way to help and we managed to cut it down in the middle of the car park! Definitely recommend, products great and customer experience even better 👍🏼

Clear,no hard sell approach.Practical and honest advice from James.We will be placing our kitchen order shortly.We have cancelled all other scheduled appointments with several kitchen suppliers! A worthwile expreience throughout and top quality bepspke materials.

Excellent, thanks to Rachel in the Caerphilly store!
We thought you could use Clearpay in store but turns out this was online only. Rachel had lots of patience with us, put the order through on my phone for me so we could compete the order. What a woman, total asset to the store. Thank you so much for helping us (I’d only saw a TikTok less than an hour before on how to build a stud wall & had somehow managed to talk my husband into it! So you saved us a lot of stress & still got me my wall!😆) Thank you Rachel!

Visited yesterday to buy flooring and the service we received was brilliant. Morgan was lovely and helped to put it in the car, and Jaqui was also amazing, with helping to deal with a cancellation of an order and to put the flooring on the trolley and also which underlay to buy, there were also 2 other members of staff which were friendly and helpful. But unfortunately we didn’t catch their names. Well done Wickes!
