Great customer service from chris
Chris from Braintree branch was so helpful. He looked into express delivery for me but i realised I had left it too late for express delivery. So he very kindly helped me load up my trolley (20bags of pea shingle) and help me load into my car. Thankyou so much Chris.

I visited braintree wickes recently to pick up some items to decorate my house. Whilst I was there I was walking around trying to find a staff member to support me. I saw one staff member Donna at the front desk who was just stood there eating. When I eventually went over and was served by her I found her very rude and abrupt. She made me feel like I was asking too much of her. What's happened to customer service nowadays. It shouldn't hurt to smile.
