Fantastic customer service from Ike today. He saw me on the way in with a return and even though he wasn't on the tills he came over to me straight away and processed my return. He's definitely a role model for Wickes staff

I've been to Wickes in Baguley 3 times in the last 2 weeks
There's a fella called Ike who works on the tills. He's got to be the nicest, friendliest, polite and kind person you could ever be served by.
Not only Wickes but the best customer service person anywhere and ever.
This fella deserves credit. You will come out of the store thinking 'What a top fella'.
Ike if your reading this I'm the one in the yellow Crocs 😂

We bought a kitchen from Wickes- Baguley. Tony from Wickes designed a very beautiful kitchen which fit fit perfectly to our requirements. His approach of detailing everything helped us a lot.

The staff named IKe is a excellent staff. He is polite and enthusiastic man.

As I entered the store today I was greeted with a welcoming smile from Ike. I needed to return some landscaping fabric-I’d bought the wrong kind-and he was very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. Well done, Ike! Thank you!!

Visited wickes Baguley today, the man at the counter Ike was polite and happy, greeted my friend and I with a smile. This gentleman has the best personality for customer service.

I'd like to wish a fantastic happy birthday to Ike who greeted me today and who is a fantastic ambassador for Wickes.
He tells me he is 33 years old today and I don't believe that he is a day over 20.
He's a fantastic advert for your business and he deserves a pay raise and a promotion.

Ike at the till was next level customer service. Handled a tricky situation in front of me and also was really funny which made my day.

I just bought some wood from the wickes store in Baguley Wythenshawe , usually its a standard nothing special service but today there was a member of staff called Ike who was really friendly and cheerful and actually brightened up the store .
Credit due to Ike cause he made the day and the shopping experience an enjoyable one , why cant all retail stores be like this so 10/10 goes to your member of staff and im sure more people will visit the store more after dealing with him ,

I went to Wilkes Baguley, Manchester to collect an item I had ordered online. I was in a queue with a couple of customers in front of me and was immediately impressed by the attitude and quality of service offered by the cashier/assistant. They treated me no differently. The assistant, IKE, was friendly, polite, well mannered and efficient; so much so, I enquired after his name. Such excellent customer service is very much appreciated and deserves to be recognised. Will definitely shop here again.

Very pleasant experience. I was cheerily greeted by Ike on entry and immediately offered assistance. I was able easily to find item required with staff guidance to its location. Service at till also by Ike was excellent.
