I had a few nightmare DIY projects that needed to be completed over New Year's. Jon was incredibly helpful in recommending what I needed to do and arranged a very speedy delivery service when I realised one of my purchases wouldn't fit in my car!

Went into Alton store for some supplies meet Guyo, wow, what a friendly happy chap! Lovely smile and such a welcoming person. Staff are generally really helpful and although it's a smaller store they usually have what I need. Guyo is particularly friendly and goes out of his way to help you find things.

Excellent staff member Guyo
We were in store for a bulk purchase of gravel bags and we were able to get everything we needed. We were assisted by Guyo who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything, he even helped load it onto our van!

Great service
