Needing an urgent/emergency appointment. Rang up, told I need to ring in a morning. I explained I cannot due to sleeping issues. 2 wks later a receptionist rings me saying I need to make an appointment! She says there is a slot in the afternoon, she then says I need to ring in morning AGAIN to confirm this slot. I replied to her that she called me from my doctors and she cannot put my name down!! DISGUSTING AND NEGLECTFUL. I said to her this is stupid, why did you ring if not to annoy me?! She then hung up saying I was been abussive!! REALLY??
