Delivery was a disaster
Delivery was a disaster - stroppy driver refused to drop the load where requested and left it on the public road. Had to travel back over 150 miles to unload and carry to our store which took us three hours. Would never use this service again

Having the pallet left on a public road rather than in the requested location was clearly not what you expected, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been to then travel over 150 miles and spend several hours unloading and moving the order yourself.

My delivery arrived as arranged, very helpful driver. It’s worth mentioning 4 bags were damaged although only a small amount of content were lost.

Fast and efficient delivery
Fast and efficient delivery. Ordered in nets because there is no direct access to my log store, so easier and quicker to carry.
My only gripe is I don't know what type of wood it is. It burns well, so no complaints, but it's not labelled.

The pellets arrived on the flimsiest…
The pellets arrived on the flimsiest pallet I have ever seen which was starting to give way before the driver could get it on the tail-lift and it completely disintegrated on the road. I only had an hour before I had to leave for a funeral and had a hell of a job to handball the pellets off the road and down my drive in time to change and get going.

The pallet purchased was a B-Grade product, which is sold at a discounted price and described on our website as an “as is” item. As outlined in the product description, log length and diameter may vary from our usual specifications, and the crate may contain smaller pieces than our standard firewood products.
These crates are offered at a reduced cost because they have not met our usual quality control standards due to factors such as size variation, discolouration, mould, or moisture levels. While the appearance and sizing may differ from our premium products, we are confident the wood still burns effectively.
