I had to get my glasses reshipped due to my lenses needed fixing. They had no problem and did it and once I recieved them everything was fine. I highly reccommend!

Company review

Very easy process if you have a profile already. Shipping is also short process. The company offers a variety of different styles and price ranges. I ordered all my glasses from them and have no complaints.

Horrible customer service

I ordered glassess and loved the first ones. Second pair, Wherelight sent me the wrong glasses with the wrong prescription. They would not fix the issue and refused to issue me a refund or even send me the correct pair. I had to dispute thru my credit card company. Horrible company to work with. I’ll stick to Zenni

Frames that don't squeeze

I have a wide face that fluctuates with my health, so it's sometimes hard to find frames that don't squeeze my head. Wherelight offers a wide range of stylish frames that allow me to still feel feminine and fashion forward. The price point has been great and the quality exceeds the cost. I've ordered new frames at least every six months just because I could and liked the style. My glasses are my new favorite accessory because of Wherelight. Highly recommend.

Cheap, cute glasses!

This shop was super cheap compared to other places you can go, and they had some really unique and stylish frame options. I got a my favorite pair of glasses here for $20 ($10 for the glasses plus $10 shipping). Shipping was timely as well and they were packaged carefully, nothing came broken or bent or anything like that. I'll definitely be coming back for my next pair!

Super Slow to Process

Updated March 2026:
Despite the initial communication issue that caused a long delay, I received my glasses and they are almost great. There was an issue with my progressive sunglasses and they have been amazing with customer service to try to fix it. Phyllis is very considerate and attentive and I know this company has the best intentions to make great glasses for their customers. It makes me extra happy because they do have the most interesting designs and colors and lens option ( please offer premium progressives with wider field of vision soon! ) and I look forward to building my collection with Wherelight. Thanks so much

Waited for 3 weeks for glasses and had paid for faster service.Finally wrote to them about my order and they asked for a copy of my prescription because there is an element that is unusual. I was upset they failed to contact me about a minor issue for 3 weeks and asked for a refund. At least they were able to handle that quickly. Too bad. I was really excited but I didn't have any confidence in them after that issue.

Very responsive customer service

I ordered two pairs of glasses, one with transitions lenses and one with sunglasses. The transitions pair was a large frame and the progressive lenses unfortunately didn’t work out n the frame and when I reached out to customer service they immediately offered a refund. The sunglasses are great and I’m sure they will be useful

We completely understand how disappointing and stressful this must be, especially during the holiday season, and we genuinely appreciate your past support and kind words about our products.
Upon investigation, we found that your order's delivery has been impacted by recent severe weather disruptions. Our shipping carrier has advised that winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeastern US, and flooding in the Pacific Northwest US may delay final delivery of mail and packages. If your delivery address is located in one of these areas, your package's arrival will be unavoidably delayed.
