I had to get my glasses reshipped due to my lenses needed fixing. They had no problem and did it and once I recieved them everything was fine. I highly reccommend!

I make a mistake on my prescription!

I make a mistake this my prescription and wherelight are going to still fix the mistake on one pair of the glasses and send me a coupon for the second pair, I really appreciate that so I will be buying from wherelight when I need new glasses in the future.

The glasses are good quality and very attractive. I am happy with my purchase and I will buy from Wherelight again. However, the shipping is very slow and the updates on delivery are not very good. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for delivery.

These glasses are so cheap. Don’t buy,

These glasses are so cheap. You get what you pay for, I guess. Don’t expect much from these. The quality is poor - one of my frames broke the first time I put them on. They just snapped. I won’t be buying from here again.

I love their frames despite not having…

I love their frames despite not having experienced them live. BECAUSE, and there is the point, if you want to have them delivered to Ireland you gotta pay 20 Euro!!! Only express so I always step back. Well I loved the cat ones and when I wanted to go for them dang again 20 Euro shipping. Its not cheap with all the prescription etc so then to slap 20 Euro postage on it - no thanks!

The frames are nice but the prescription is somewhat off . Distance vision and reading are kinda little blurry. Your company should put hinges on most glasses frames . Thank you

Cute frames!

The glasses came within a month of ordering. They were packaged well in a box with both pairs inside. The glasses both fit great and the lenses are just as prescribed.

Needs improvement

The quality is great!
But customer service is poor no way to speak with a human I have questions about my glasses. I placed an order for 2 more pairs but I wouldn’t recommend your company and will never get my glasses again from your site.
