Nous avons expédié votre commande le jour même où vous avez passé votre commande. Malheureusement, il est retardé plus longtemps que d'habitude et nous sommes en contact avec le coursier. Pourquoi ne nous avez-vous pas contactés afin que nous puissions enquêter et résoudre votre problème avant de nous accuser d'escroquerie ?
