Sales weren’t too bad,
Cost me £240 inc vat to have the Ford transit delivered., two hours before it arrived they phoned to tell me the passenger front wing mirror was damaged and would send me a replacement lens.. never happened
Vechile delivered with just 1 mile of diesel in the engine
Attention to detail and customer service piss poor.. shame because they have some good quality vans in stock, but don’t seem to really care

always a great experience when buying from wheels van centres. Bought a transit tipper two years ago, just part exchanged it into a newer model and was given a great price on part exchange.

Cometh the Van Cometh the Hour, I had planned to move my family to our new home when my rust bucket finally called it a day, however before I had a mental break down I had a quick glance on the internet I was able to get a van the same day in under a couple of hours. Highly recommend saved my day

Poor customer service
Brought 2 vans, looked at them and one needed work doing. Was told this would be done.
Delivered with no work done nad no V5 and no spare key as stated.

Purchasing my Transit Connect from these guys was an absolute pleasure. Dave Richards who I dealt with was a true gent , nothing was to much trouble. I would have no problem recommending WVC to others. Quality 5 stars.

I discovered the van lacked an MOT before taking it for a drive, which was fortunate. It was returned for the MOT and two bodywork fixes, but only came back with one repair complete and the MOT. When I requested the service records from February 2020, it turned out they didn't exist. The mileage recorded in the service book was off by 9,000 miles, dated and stamped February 2020. When we inquired with Martin about the documents, we learned the van hadn’t been serviced, though this wasn't Martin's error. It's surprising, considering after-sales support should manage post-purchase issues. The documentation provided was fake, and the customer service was dreadful. I hope the motor ombudsman can intervene before others fall victim to their practices.

We have purchased a number of minibuses from Wheels Van Centres and have always found the vehicles to be well priced and good quality, with plenty to choose from. Jason and the Team are always super helpful and make sure the minibuses are ready to inspect and test drive when we make the journey down. Well worth the trip from Staffordshire!
