Time to change up to proper stereo wireless speakers
A really fabulous product offering excellent value that completely exceeded my expectations! Brilliant sound and beautifully crafted. Everything from the specification of the speaker terminals, input sockets, switches and weight of the supplied cables says quality. Fast free delivery and very secure packaging.

Weybridge Audio provided excellent service . Billy turned up on time , very friendly , fitted my Smart tv on the wall , set it up and was able to give me instructions on all the options available . I will certainly be buying my next tv from them.

Outstanding advice & installation
We approached Nathan at Weybridge Audio with a number of questions where we needed expert guidance. He replied with a thoughtful & innovative approach. Nathan's technical recommendations were excellent and the price was competitive.
What completed an excellent experience was the tremendous installation team. Billy & Enzo were simply outstanding. We've never seen two guys take such meticulous care over set up, routing wires, etc. Really glad we bought from Weybridge Audio. End to end excellence. Thanks Chaps !

Speedy delivery
Placed my order on Thursday afternoon and the speakers arrived Saturday morning. I did have a bit of a problem ordering on the website but a quick phone call and some friendly advice from Weybridge Audio soon got things sorted.

Fantastic experience
I ordered from Weybridge Audio after finding out the Sonos website was of stock of the items I wanted. They were the same price ( even with my 30% upgrade discount from Sonos) and I received my order the following day with free delivery. I would definitely use again and highly recommend anyone to check them out .

Weybridge Audio is a friendly family business
Weybridge Audio is a family business. They are all very friendly and helpful. I bought a Samsung TV and soundbar at a good price. They also provide free delivery. The layout of the shop is luxurious and clean. I have used them before and I will use Weybridge Audio again. Highly recommended.

Customer left to cover higher cost due to their error
Placed 1st order with this company & received confirmation, only to get phone call next day saying not enough stock to fulfil my order. Was then palmed off to order from alternative supplier at a higher P&P cost & Weybridge cancelled my order. Customer left with only option to pay extra cost with no offer to cover the excess cost incurred due to Weybridge stock control error.
1st & last order with this company.

Hello Adam,
We’re sorry that we couldn’t fulfil your order, as explained when we called you the morning after you had placed your order, our stock inventory was wrong, we had silver brackets in stock and not the black ones that you wanted. Other than calling to inform you as soon as we realised (which we did), refunding you immediately (which we did) and apologising (which we did) I can’t really see what more we can reasonably have done.
We were trying to be helpful in directing you to an alternative retailer that had the brackets in stock in the colour that you wanted but expecting us to cover the difference in shipping costs between our shipping charge and that of the other retailer is totally unreasonable.
Good luck with finding the brackets and I wish you a Merry Christmas.

Bought a new soundbar rom this company
Bought a new soundbar rom this company. Delivery was amazingly quick but unfortnatey the box had been dropped and there was damage to the product. The customer service as excellent however and i got a replacement in no time. Highly recommend.
