Ich ziehe diesen einen Stern auch noch ab. Hatte ein Teigrädchen bestellt. Das sollte am 25.11.25 kommen. Amazon hat Kontakt aufgenommen, darauf hin die Antwort "bald". Aber es kam nicht. Ich hab versucht, beim Händler anzurufen, keine Reaktion,nach meiner Bitte um Rückruf. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Schade,die haben eigentlich gute Produkte und ich hätte gerne mehr dort bestellt
I have used this Fleichwolf Mincer in the last 40 years. I bought a new one recently and by my own mistake I burned the plastic part inside. I wrote an email to Westmark and received immediate emails asking about details and giving me a solution quickly.
I am very thankful to Mr. Humpert who helped find the solution. I will be able to use the new Mincer again and hopefully for another 40+ years.
Super service and super help with the solution.
Tolle Produkte mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Aufgrund eines Ersatzteils hatte ich auch Kontakt zum Kundenservice und bin sehr begeistert. Schon lange nicht mehr mit so netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen zu tun gehabt.
Very happy with the service from Westmarks Peter Humpert of the 'Vertrieb Export | Export Department'. I had a problem with the egg slicer >Duplex<. After contacting mr. Humpert I received promptly a new egg slicer free of charge. Great service!
Ich habe viele Produkte von Westmark und finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt toll. Leider finde ich einige Produkte von der Homepage nicht im Handel.
Ich abe mich deshalb am 12.05.22 und am 23.12.22 an den Kundenservice für Endverbraucher gewand, um zu erfragen, wo ich die die fehlenden Teile kaufen kann.

Leider reagiert der Kundenservice gar nicht.
Bought a potato chipper years ago, and took it out of the box for the first time today, and the quality was terrible. When pushing the potato, the back plastic bent and every time it went through the slices of potatoes came out covered in bits of plastic that had also been sliced off. We checked to be sure everything was sitting in the right place, which it was.
Really disappointing product.
En spiralizer købt i Kvickly i Valby i restparti blev byttet af agenten for Westmark i Danmark da Kvickly ikke havde flere tilbage.
I øvrigt et skønt produkt der kan omdanne squash til lækker frisk paste.
