I bought a vehicle from them and had a flawless experience, especially with Ross from sales. He went the extra mile by sending a detailed video highlighting everything I wanted to see. He took the time to explain all the details, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was refreshingly honest when something didn’t match my expectations. Nissan Patchway are an absolute disgrace. I dropped a car in for a service and MOT to then not see it for 5 months. Jordan the service adviser speaks to you like you are something that came off his shoe and then sends a bill for £1850 without even a call to explain what its for. Don't buy a Nissan, in 4 years it has been in for warranty work for around 18 months, service staff are terrible and they really don't care at all.

I had an outstanding experience with Jafor
I had an outstanding experience with Jafor while purchasing my car. Going into the process, I had very little knowledge about how car buying works, but he immediately put me at ease with his friendly and approachable manner. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk me through each step in a way that was easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything, from the paperwork and financing options to the features of the car itself. He made sure I fully understood my choices and was always happy to answer any questions, no matter how small.
It genuinely felt like he cared more about helping me make the right decision than just making a sale.
Jafor also went above and beyond when it came to accommodating collection. He was flexible, organised, and made sure everything was ready and straightforward on the day, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
Overall, his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a daunting experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. I would highly recommend Jafor to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive car salesman.

The level and speed of customer service…
The level and speed of customer service with this company is appalling. Still waiting for a response from an email sent over a week ago. When I deal with the local branch they dodge certain questions over th email, I get passed between people and they also are very slow to reply. I will be complaining directly to Kia UK about this company and their poor levels of service.

3 month wait for Gloucester branch
Similar to a one star review below I tried to contact the Gloucester branch today as my Kia has developed a fault and loses power whilst driving which is fairly dangerous. After being cut off several times a lady took the registration number and then told me there are no appointments for 3 months. I clarified I’d heard correctly especially as this was a dangerous fault but she repeated that the best they could offer was 3 months time. I was so shocked I called back and spoke to a man who confirmed that they are very busy and suggested Baylis at Staverton who are also a Kia dealer. Called them and car booked in for early next week and good friendly customer service. Don’t waste your time with Wessex Gloucester branch.
