I had a wonderful experience (for the 2nd time) at Wesley chapel Toyota! This particular time, I worked with Marcelino Santos - he. was. AMAZING. I can't even say enough good things about him - he never rushed me, he never pushed me, he didn't seem like a person who was just desperate to make a sale and he actually made the process fun! Marcelino truly listened to me. He spent more time than he was obligated to, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He truly went above and beyond for me. I could not be more happy with my overall experience at WC Toyota. I will continue to return here for my vehicle needs and will absolutely refer anyone I know who is in the market for a new car! I love my new Camry so much, thank you!!!

Great service, everyone was super friendly and we were comfortable with the atmosphere and the facility. Our service specialist Mark was really friendly and explained everything in detail with what was wrong with our car. We ended up getting a new car and our sales representative Waseam Khalaf was very helpful in staying in our budget and getting a car we really liked. We did have a minor problem with the car but Waseam was able to get it fixed for us and he gave excellent service. We had a great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota that even one of my relatives went to buy a car there.
