Great service and products
Great service. Love the fact they have studios so you can try before you buy. Makes a big difference as everyone is looking for a particular sound and feel from a product. In my case cymbals. Quite a wide range of products, however only had one hi-hat which I wanted to try but someone else was trying them out for some time. Came away with two cymbals and very happy with purchase. Will be going back to try for a hi-hat and a foot pedal in the not too distant future.

Amazing customer service from Wembley Music Centre. The rep who was dealing with my enquiry went above and beyond - nothing was too much hassle for him. I messed up on my order and WMC dealt with my error quickly with a genuine "happy to help" attitude. My product ( a telecaster ) arrived promptly, in perfect condition and packaged very securely. I will certainly be using WMC services again when i need them. Can't recommend enough.

I sent back my amp as it was faulty
I sent back my amp as it was faulty
One of the valves needed changed and I had to pay to send it back £50 and then had to pay a further £15 to get it sent back to me.
They wouldn’t offer any money back to cover postage absolutely shocking
Less than 6 months old still under warranty
You are just a sale,be very wise
They had it 6 weeks I had to phone and chase them up they didn’t communicate with fender or me
