Top quality slate and service, I needed to replace the slate hearth in a house we had been renting. I had a short time window to do this but Ben was able to sort me out. The slate is of the finest quality and the turn around was very quick. Would highly recommend

I needed an internal sill for a sun room and got in touch with Ben at Welsh Slate Products, this was the only company that was able to supply a sill to the spec I needed. He invited me to workshop and let me choose from a variety of slates, and delivered the product within 48 hours. Excellent service, top notch product delivered as promised. Highly recommended.

Ben got in touch after seeing a request on Facebook for someone to cut a block of slate for us to make speaker stand bases. The job was done quickly for us to exactly how we wanted it resulting in unique looking surround sound speakers. Ben also gave after care advice for us to keep them looking their best. Found this company on the internet. Contacted them and had a reply straight away. Ben was a huge help. I needed two pieces of slate or granite to use as a fireplace hearth. Ben send me photos of what he had to offer with great prices attached. I chose what I wanted and Ben helped me out but cutting them and having them ready for collection the following day. I was against the clock to find a hearth as this needed fitting before a company turned up to fit my new wood floor. Can’t thank him enough for fantastic service, fantastic product and fantastic price. The hearth looks great and makes the room. Really friendly guy and a great contact to use in future. Thanks

We wanted a slate hearth. Ben provided great advice and cut our Brazil Slate perfectly to size from a sketch. Delivery by courier to Taunton was straightforward and very helpful lorry driver. Looks absolutely wonderful now installed. We’ll be back when we do our next fireplace renovation.

What can I say excellent service from start to finish. Ben was very helpful as I had no idea about the sizes, etc, he sent a photo of the piece of slate he was going to use as I live in Nottingham. He had the hearth finished and delivered in days which I thought was marvellous, what with Corona virus slowing most companies delivery down.
Would definitely use again!

Ben provided us with an excellent service. We needed to replace our slate lintel in the living room and we couldn't have receive a better service. We received a quote via email, and were offered to go and see some slate samples to decide whether we wanted it riven or smooth etc. We placed our order on a Wednesday and it was ready for pick up by Friday. We will definitely be using his products/services in the future

Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for david and his team they supplied nearly 80m of bespoke slate coping stones and caps for a very fussy customer all was delivered when agreed and even small parts of the order that i was not completely happy with were promptly re collected and re fabricated to my liking no fuss or quibbling what so ever each piece on my very large landscaping project is beautifully crafted and truly perfect quality real welsh product from the heart of wales

I texted Ben dimensions about a piece of purple slate to fit into a worktop on a Saturday afternoon. Replies were quick, he came around for a colour match and I collected the piece 3 days after the first text. Very good and prompt service, reasonably priced, will go back to him for other items.

The quality of the Welsh Slate Coasters that were received from this company was excellent. It took some time and communication could have been better but the final product is definitely worth it. The attention to detail is exceptional.

I ordered a slate fireplace lintel. The slate was cut within 24hr of ordering and a photo of the cut slate was sent to me prior to payment. There were some initial delivery delays but the slate arrived within my stated time frame.
On the day of delivery Ben gave me a tracking link to the courier and also telephoned me to confirm that delivery was 30 minutes away.
