Been in today to collect some bits only to be told they'd lost them. Yes lost. So I was given something else off the shelf instead. Quite alarming that this chemist still operates to be honest. They literally LOSE your prescriptions.

Sadly a clinical disaster waiting to happen. Since the previous manager left a catalogue of mis-dispensing (3 consecutive occasions) and ridiculous waits for prescriptions (2 weeks), staff that must be tearing their hair out dealing with continuous telephone and in- person complaints about incorrect medication and prescriptions not being ready when collecting. A continuous succession of Locum Pharmacists for months on end with no local accountability whatsoever. Staff don’t know who they’re getting and what they can/can’t do until they arrive at 8 that morning (info from a private caller to a telephone complaint taken in public). Totally irresponsible way to ‘run’ a service and completely unfair to patients and staff.
Update:
Well here we are again 20 Dec. Text from Well Pharmacy stating my medication is ready to collect. Alas when I go to collect it there is approximately one third of it, The rest has to come from the hub. Good job I’m not 85 and had to get a bus to the pharmacy to pick it up. Refused to take back what they’d already dispensed to give it me altogether when it’s complete.
Rung the number below as suggested by the respondent. Only open one till four in the afternoon after waiting for 20 minutes. It was three minutes to one so I phoned back at 10 past one hung on for another 20 minutes then got put back onto music. Rung again and the message had changed no one is available at this time and then went on to explain they are open Monday to Friday from 1 to 4. What a disgustingly non caring ineffective organisation.

Disgraceful service very rude member of staff when asked how long I would have to wait re a prescription that should have been ready. Its all well and good moaning when your staff get abuse but staff don't give customers abuse either manners cost nothing.
One member off staff incompetent and I thought was on drugs cause he clearly wasn't there as he hadn't a clue what he was doing.
Boxes all over floor in back and near fire escape door health and safety issue.
