Lasciate perdere Max Mara. Qualità indecente. Comprato completo gjacca e pantalone in velluto. Pantalone indossato due volte, mai lavato, ha cominciato a perdere pezzi. Il servizio clienti, inesistente, non si è degnato nemmeno di esaminare il Pantalone dicendo subito che era stato conservato (?) male. Lasciate stare, per un completo da 1000 euro che ha la qualità di un abito da 10 euro, spendete altrove.

Je déconseille vivement de vous rendre dans le magasin Max Mara à Malte (La Valette).
J’ai vécu une expérience déplorable avec le service client. Âgée de 20 ans, j’ai toujours privilégié des vêtements de qualité, même en quantité limitée. Lors de ma visite, je cherchais un manteau.
En entrant, aucun accueil, pas un bonjour. J’étais la seule cliente, mais les deux vendeuses, installées à boire un café, n’ont pas bougé pour m’aider. Après avoir attendu 30 minutes pour obtenir une taille, j’ai essayé une veste que j’ai finalement achetée pour un budget de plus de 700€.
En rentrant chez moi, je réalise que l’antivol n’a pas été retiré et, en examinant la veste de plus près, je constate des défauts inacceptables : boutons mal fixés, fils décousus, finitions abîmées. Obligée de retourner en boutique le jour même, j’arrive avec la veste soigneusement emballée, les étiquettes et le ticket en main.
J’explique la situation et demande poliment un échange. La vendeuse propose de recoudre les boutons, ce que je refuse : pour ce prix, je ne m’attends pas à des retouches dignes de fast fashion. Son attitude hautaine est choquante : elle m’affirme que les fils des boutons qui se décousent sont normaux et qu’il suffit d’un bouton de rechange tout en me suggérant de demander à « un adulte » de m’expliquer cela.
J’ai tenté de démontrer que les autres vestes en boutique ne présentaient pas ce problème, mais elle a catégoriquement refusé l’échange, malgré la politique mentionnée sur le ticket (échange possible sous 30 jours en cas de problème).
En sortant, frustrée et sans solution, j’ai croisé l’une des vendeuses (la responsable) fumant avec une amie devant la boutique voisine, se moquant ouvertement de moi.
Cette expérience lamentable me dissuade totalement de retourner dans cette enseigne, bien que ma famille soit cliente chez Max Mara en Belgique depuis plusieurs années. Je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce magasin.

I bought a very beautiful dress at Macy's in Chicago. I love the dress but after wearing it once I noticed holes all over the dress. How does such an expensive dress just disintegrate? Max Mara do better!!!!!
Terrible return policy
I’ve bought something from Weekend MaxMara Izmir shop (Turkey). But I wasn’t informed that they don’t accept returns for the items bought from the shop. I decided to return some of the items the same day, and the sales woman told me that it was written on the receipt! What is the point of learning it after the purchase?? This is kind of attitude that a cheap ordinary firm should have, not a high quality - high price shop. Totally disappointed.
AWFUL SERVICE
Ordered a cardigan for my travel, the package was supposed to be delivered on 9.07, no one didn’t arrive or notified about delivery issues, on 10.07 I called to the customer support to ask where is my package, they said wait 48 for response. I didn’t have time to wait because I’m leaving for the traveling for 2 weeks, so I called to DHL to ask what’s wrong with my delivery, DHL were completely rude to me, I’ve been told that the car of the courier got broken and I have to change delivery to the pickup point, on my question why they can’t deliver my order to the address i asked during the payment process, the woman started breathing hardly and loudly, pointing up tone of her voice she started repeating me the same, that I have to change delivery to the pickup point! Today I received the package, it was wrapped in DHL plastic bag, and when i opened the package everything inside were WET AND SMELLING MOLD!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. More than 10 days took me to receive the item which I can’t worn and smells like s…t!!! When I called to the store I have been told to wait again for 48 hours to receive the return label!! HOW DO YOU CONSIDER TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES??? This is insane!!!!!

Feels very cheap, synthetic fabric at high price point
Bought a sweater and a beanie, both feel very cheap, like there is a lot of nylon and synthetics in it. Meaning when I wear them I feel sweaty, "trapped", uncomfortable and like my skin doesn't breath. The beanie costs $75. Do yourself a favor and buy a $15 beanie and you'll get the same quality. When I wore it in wind and cold, I didn't feel warmth from it at all, I just felt sweats (and it contains wool). Highly expensive brand with cheap materials, nothing new these days, especially in online shops. The brands that used to take pride in their quality (like MaxMara) are now cheaply made goodies that dropped their quality, while keeping or increasing their price. Disgraceful.
