We had a very stressful and unpleasant experience with them. The flower agency they recommended us ended up delivering old flowers. When trying to call the wedding planners on my wedding day they never answered the phone. A half an hour later finally answered with a text that it’s hot that’s why flowers are old. And the worst part is that the wedding planners came with an excuse that it’s normal and it should be like that. That messed up the whole morning arguing and trying to convince them that that’s not acceptable. It continued by them sending the wrong adress to the photographers,make up artist and the driver. So they couldn’t find us .
At the end of the wedding they suddenly told us that we have to get ALL the things from the wedding venue because it will be not possible to do it the next day. So we ended up running around the venue and trying to bring with us everything we could find. The next day we actually vent back to the venue because we were near by and the kind security told that we can just go and double check that we didn’t forget anything. Very poor service of the planners. It’s just a couple of things of many that went wrong. I couldn’t fully enjoy our wedding because we had to double check EVERYTHING. And I hope that this information helps others to think twice before choosing them.
