I customized sixty mason jar glasses…

I customized sixty mason jar glasses for a bridal shower. They arrived sooner than expected; furthermore, were meticulously packaged. I ordered extra glasses in case any arrived broken; however, each one was flawless. I am elated at how beautiful they were. Thank you Weddingstar!

I ordered bride and groom toasting…

I ordered bride and groom toasting glasses, champagne flutes, for my daughter and her fiancé. The engraving of their names was so pale you can barely see it and their names are not even a half an inch high. I was very disappointed in the personalizing of these glasses. And most likely it was a wasted $25. I did order paper hand fans and they were pretty good, fairly easy to assemble. But overall I can’t give a good rating because those glasses were very disappointing

Playing Cards

We ordered playing cards as wedding gifts. They turned out exactly like pictured. They came really fast. We are extremely happy.

Ok service

Ok customer service and quality is ok. - wrote this and they ended up refunding me . Still just a 3 star as they did make me panic initially

I have ordered several things from them…

I have ordered several things from them know. I messed up on my first order custom order. They were able to cancel it and let me reorder the correct item and it was delivered very quickly. I loved the first item so much I have ordered other things from them. They have all turned out great! Would definitely use them in the future!

(95) Palm Totes w/logo

Hello - I've had a really great experience with the Weddingstar company. Very prompt and very accommodating with everything. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because the way the bags shipped to us. They showed up without any plastic to protect the bags (assuming they were not put back in their bags after the embroidery was done). That extra step would probably be worth the effort in the future since I'm sure you probably receive complaints from customers that receive dirt marked products. That small fixable item aside - I think you've got a great company and I will definitely order from you again.
