Mise à jour............Aujourd'hui le 23 mai... RIEN aucune nouvelle de Web Perspectives. J'ai ramassé plusieurs centaines de $$$$ pour acheter une lunette astronomique... J'ai arrêté de répondre aux sondages. J'attends que mon problème soit réglé.

Fureteur Firefox fonctionne pour Sondage Léger (léo), pour Survey Lion, pour Ipsos et bien d'autres...

Impossible d'échanger des points...

Je me connecte sur le site, je vais la section échanger des points afin de payer en partie un achat sur Amazon.

Lorsque je clique sur le bouton paiement je vois visuellement un changement de page web, mais tout revient vers la page du choix de récompense.

Je n'ai pas de bloqueur de publicité sur le fureteur que j'utilise pour les sondages(Firefox). Dans Vie privée dans Firefox l'option est "personnalisé". le seul trackeur ou cookie bloqué c'est ceux pour la cryptomonnaie. Donc tout est accepté...

Quelqu'un peut m'expliquer ce qui se passe ?

After 1 year of filling survey, i've try to get a reward, it said that my account need to be revised and need 72 hours. same thing after 1 week i've tried to get a reward. No place on the web site to contact them, only the FAQ. the link to the contact form leeds to the FAQ. and i have no more survey available since 1 month.

Ça fait près de 3 semaines que j’ai demandé ma première récompense et toujours rien. Toujours le même message qui me dit que ça va prendre 72 heures.

It is not until after you accumulate enough to cash out that they decide they need a drivers license or a picture of your passport. Don't waste your time. There are better survey sites.

Je tente d'échanger mes récompenses, mais on me dit que je dois fournir mon numéro de téléphone. Par contre, je ne trouve nul part où entrer cette information.

Je suis un participant assidue mais toujours le même message d’erreur m’indiquant que je ne peux pas échanger mes points. Aucun lien fonctionnel pour communiquer avec eux et tenter de régler le problème

Five times trying to get my reward...five times it shows failed. Terrible

I previously wrote an honest review, no idea why it was removed. I spent weeks doing surveys for Web Perspectives following all the rules and it was my favourite survey site. It wasn’t until after I accumulated enough points for a great gift card that all of a sudden my account was frozen pending a request to send a photo of my drivers license and another photo of myself. Law enforcement authorities constantly urge the public to never send such info on the internet as that’s all that’s needed to have your life ruined with identity theft. Survey Junkies have the same rule but when I expressed such concerns they verified my identity with a phone call, yet weeks of communication with Web Perspectives offered no solution. I offered my phone numbers and even zoom calls. Please beware, the company does not inform you of this policy until after you have done weeks of work for them and are at reward status. That’s so wrong.

Good benefits if you have free time why not get something free

The questions are relevant to today's life and consider issues beyond trying to sell some product. Thank you.

Asked for photo ID/didn't pay rewards
I followed the rules when I signed up and spent hours doing surveys. Often it would take a long time doing qualification surveys that didn't even count towards the points before finding one that worked, but I had earned $40 worth of either Amazon gift card or Visa gift card and was working towards a $50 card instead of cashing it in yet. When I recently tried to sign on, I had a message that my account was frozen unless I submitted a picture of my drivers license and of myself. There was no requirement to put my photo id on the internet when I signed up or I wouldn't have done any of it. They will not give me the rewards that I spent hours to earn. They have taken the benefit of those surveys for nothing. It is not safe to send pictures of photo id onto the internet. I tried to resolve it with the company and they have just decided to suspend my account and the balance. Don't waste your time on this company.
