Sammy M assisted me today with a couple of problems.
I was trying to connect by FTP and managed to block myself by trying to use too many simultaneous connections, default behaviour with my FTP client.
Later the upgrade I had performed on my website only partially work as the version of PHP the server is running needed an extra module enabling.
Both problems were sorted out with minimum fuss.

Transferring an account
I was having problems with site migration and not understanding the way in which it operated.
To help, I had a call with an engineer (Andrew Hunt) who talked me through it explaining how to transfer my site to a different account so that it can be operated by a different person who is to take it over completely from me. He was very helpful and patient.
