Search function does not work
Search function does not work. If i search a known part number the search returns everthing but the item searched for. I only use WDS if no other option is available.

Ee understand you could not find one part number; we have taken a look and fixed this part number.
If any customer enters the part number, it should take them directly to the product they are looking for.
We did recently fix this based on feedback from customers, there might be one or two rogue codes but if customers let us know we will fix immediately.
We hope you will try again and find the search more helpful, and perhaps reconsider the score your left.

We are sorry that you feel this strongly and have left this review here. We have fully investigated the questions raised and have privately messaged. However, for the benefit of potential customers reading this review we feel we should clarify publicly.
When the goods were despatched, an electronic invoice containing all legal requirements was generated and submitted to the courier with the parcel for the purposes of customs clearance.
A commercial invoice was generated and emailed to the email provided on the order entry. In addition, customers can download an invoice from our website.
We are commercial supplier who provides full legal documentation and exports every day, and we consider this review potentially very unfair and very unreasonable considering there were no additional questions asked of us about invoicing prior to submitting it.
If any customer requires additional information, all they have to do is ask. We hope you will reconsider your feedback based on the private emails exchanged and feedback provided.
