shower tray & sliding glass doors were ok, the time they took to get to me was far to long.

All items bought were excellent in condition.also appearance.Very pleased with every aspect of service.

I was very impressed with the bathroom I purchased from this company. I purchased a full bathroom and was delighted with the quality of everything I bought. I was particularly pleased to be able to get the shower enclosure in the size I wanted (700mm) as I had very limited space to put the shower in. I could not find another company who provided this.

The advisors were very pleasant and helpful, called when they said they would and kept in updated on when my bathroom would be delivered. Everything was well packed which I was very pleased about, less chance of anything being delivered broken.

I would absolutely recommend anyone to purchase their bathroom from WD.

My building work was held up as I was given an expected date which kept being pushed back and back. Despite this, communication was good, I received a number of email updates.

Ordering on line was easy, the delivery while not the quickest was good, the service from the guys who delivered it was first class and the quality of the goods I ordered was first class.

This company provides excellent service, they deliver when requested and inform you the time of arrival. What more can one ask also the goods are excellent quality.

5 STAR +++ RATING. SUPERB is the only word to describe this company and their service. Having been unable to obtain the large shower screen first chosen, we looked on line. WD Bathrooms had a good comprehensive web site. On telephoning we were very impressed by the young lady who anwered the phone. She was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable about the company's products. We ordered the shower screen, which we actually preferred to our original choice, and it was delivered 3/4 days later. The company kept us informed by telephone and email as to the delivery date, etc, and the transport rang an hour before delivery to say it was on its way. I have nothing but the highest praise for WD Bathrooms and their staff. They provide outstanding equipment and service. We have told the world and his wife about WD Bathrooms. We were so very impressed. .

Everything about this transaction was smooth. Excellent telephone manner, and they kept me up to date all the way through the manufacture of my bath, to ringing me to book the delivery.

The delivery guys were very polite, put the bath where I wanted it, and checked everything was ok before leaving.

Would most definitely deal with WD Bathrooms again, and I would recommend them to everybody. Why settle for second best...when the best is only a phone call away.

I liked the company website as good descriptions were given including measurements on most of the items I purchased. Delivery was arranged for the day I wished.

Nothing wrong with the products, in fact they look super and the fitting was very easy. Only problem was with the delivery which took quite a while. Even though the products were 'in stock' when ordered online, it took 9 working days to arrive with me.

But all in all I am very happy.

Products despatched quickly and arrived speedily. Well wrapped. Very good price. would definitely use the company again.

I had to return a shower cubical as I ordered incorrectly - this was exchanged with a phone call , but I was told that a complete charge for new items and a refund would be made when the returned items were received back at Sheffield Depo , 3 weeks later and phone calls later I am still waiting confirmation of a refund

I was looking for a small shower enclosure and tray for a small 1st floor shower room in a chalet bugalow and WD bathrooms had a number of suitable options. I was very pleased with every apect of the purchase and customer service and also the price. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Bought a shower tray and trap - delivered in good order. Then plumber had a problem with the trap - so contacted WD and replacement trap parts sent immediately.

It was just so easy (and a great relief) when all went as it should - from placing the order to delivery. All items arrived together, when stated, with nothing missing......unlike a recent purchase from one of the 'Big 3' diy stores.
Would recomend without hesitation.
