Great easy to use website. Sent a couple emails with various questions all that were answered without having to pick up the phone. The staff seem really knoledgable and the delivery was also straight forward and pain free. A good straight forward shopping experience who I would recommend at the drop of a hat!

Pretty straight forward from start to finish. I really wanted a quicker deliver as my plumber became available a few days early, but was told 5-7 days so had to put the plumber off which was a shame. The goods actually came in 4 days, but so is life! The delivery guys were very helpful which made things a whole lot easier for me.
The quality of the stuff is brilliant for the price we paid so much so that my parents have now ordered their bathroom from these guys (although I told them to order sooner rather than later.)
All in all a stress free order!

I've used your company a good few times over the last few years and every time you have managed to meet my needs.
The first time it was all about price and getting my flat in shape and ready to sell, but the last few occasions I have made my choices based on recommendation for quality and fit to make the most of the spaces in my bathroom and en-suites shower rooms.
My last delivery took a few days longer to arrive than expected, but to be fair I know this was in part due to the delivery people.
Thanks for all your help over the years and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family.

These people are a shower. The person we are dealing with has absolutely no idea about customer service. No one hint of an apology. We paid/ordered a shower on July 23, 14 and they stated: Date placed: 23 Jul 2014, 21:00:26
Estimated delivery: Generally around 5 working days.
Well today us August 8, 2014 and we do not expect to receive the shower until August 5. That's ten working days.

I placed an order with this company on the internet, and it was a thoroughly disappointing, unpleasant, and highly unsatisfactory experience ... to say the least!
Beware that they have several trading names, e.g. WD Bathrooms, Nationwide Bathrooms, Galco Enterprises. I ordered at WD Bathrooms web site, but was supplied (eventually!) by Nationwide.

They seem to make many bold promises about quality of support, delivery etc. on their web site(s).
But alas ...
'3 hour delivery slots offered' ... NOT
'We'll let you know before delivery' ... NOT (they turned up unannounced)
'Delivery to a downstairs room ...' .... NOT (they left it all outside on a pallet, in the rain)
'Extraordinary service ...' HA HA HA! Extraordinarily bad, yes!

If you have any problems with them, Lord help you.
I received a smashed sink unit from them, which was very poorly packed.
After dozens of emails, in which I sent photos of the damage to them (twice), they show no interest whatsoever in resolving the problems.
I therefore had to raise a dispute with the credit card company who, fortunately, ARE interested in helping me.
BEWARE, BE VERY AWARE!!

What more can I say? The sales team were very helpful & the delivery team couldn't do enough! From start to finish wdbathrooms have made my shopping experience very pleasant and helped me achieve the look I wanted at a good price. If you want a good deal head to wd.

I have received a 5 star service from wdbathrooms.
All though my order was under £800 pounds I got more attention than I ever did when I spent £16,000 on my kitchen.
The thought of buying such items online never crossed my mind until my friend recommended wdbathrooms. I made several calls with questions and their staff had time to get me the answers. I then ordered online and got my goods in under a week with phone calls to let me know about delivery. I will be back again for my main bathroom as your price and service is fantastic.

From start to finish these guys have really impressed me. There service has been second to none. The delivery drivers, sale team and customer service people have been amazing. I would like to thank them all for there help.

I have used these guys a handful of times over the last 12 months while renovating my house and every time they never fail me.
The value and the quality is amazing, their sales team and customer service is up there with the best.
A few times I have nearly order the wrong Items, but a quick call to check saved me a lot of pain.
I would highly recommend this company and always pass your details on to friends and family.
My house is now finished and looking great and my wallet didn’t take quite the beating I expected!

We live in France and believe it or not so hard to get a cheap shower, so bought one here and shipped it across ourselves as wd would not ship to France. Good value and helpful guys.

First class company. The wife wanted something with detail but minimalist and not too bland. Instead of spending hours in showrooms wasting my time I took to the internet. Result! Not only did we find what we wanted but the price was fantastic too! From time of order to delivery was probably quicker than the time we would have spent looking around the shop. Thanks wdbathrooms! Stress free easy shopping and great prices.

Desparately needed a tray, enclosure and toilet as plumbers supplier failed to deliver. They had tray and toilet in stock so collected that morning so plumber could fit. Glass parts were delivered by wdbathrooms from their Barnsley warehouse 3 days later. Good company, but hopefully won't have to buy a bathroom anytime soon..if I do I' know where to go.

Ordered a D shaped shower enclosure and it arrived, advised to check for broken glass doors which I did and all was good. On fitting, plumber found no fixing kit, tried phoning but two numbers unavailable and the 0844 number constantly engaged, tried emailing again no response. Left with a shower tray and no doors, unable to afford another enclosure so now have no washing facilities except for a sink!!!. Avoid this terrible company as they are still taking orders online yet won't respond to existing customers and their problems, once they have your money, they really do not care. How I'm going to fix this is beyond me, now reliant on family for shower facilities over half an hour away!!!

I have bought the shower mixer pack on 7th of April. Next day received the confirmation email stating that WDB will send the email when the package is on the way to me. Since then, no news from WDB. I have called WDB on 17th of April and been told that they will check what happen and will get back to me. However, WDB did not call me or emailed. I been trying to call all day the WDB on 22 and 23 of April on 01142571715 and 08445670181 but the operator says that one of the number is wrong and the other is busy all the time. I have sent few emails but no response from WDB! I am not sure if that company even exist! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! PLEASE AVOID WDB!

We placed an order on 2 April (website notes 5 working days for delivery) this passed and after trying to contact them several times we eventually emailed them and received a response saying products had been out of stock and had arrived the same day we happened to complain. I put the complaint in writing asking them to address why they had not made us aware that the items had been out of stock. This was completely ignored when responding back to us. When we received the products they were later checked for damages. Upon fitting the products on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th April we found that the 4 drawer unit supplied was only 300mm and not the 330mm which was also noted on the packaging. We tried to call them on Friday however as it was a bank holiday we received no answer which raised no concern at the time. We then emailed them to inform them of the issue and then further contacted them again on Saturday...no answer...Sunday....no answer...Monday....no answer,,Tuesday..no answer...and now today Wednesday... no answer. Rhe Customer Service number is out of order and the Helpline is continuously engaged since 9am this morning after previously trying before 9am and getting a message you are number 2 in the queue to speak to a next representative (half hour later still number 2 in the queue.

This company simply have the worst customer services that you can imagine. I had a problem with a damaged shower tray that I ordered in the January sales for installation after the bathroom was ripped out. If you have any issues customer services will not talk to you on the phone. They claim to be a family business, however if you ask to talk to Mark Wilson (director and sale manager) bearing in mind there are only 4-5 in the office, you are not allowed!!! They are not interested when a faulty /damaged product has been provided, I was told they had e-mailed the manufacture for advise, but then they could not prove they had when asked for evidence (make your own mind up on that one). Simply responded with we will not be replaying, no real explanation other than it was outside their ‘reasonable time’ allocation. After that they simply ignore all e-mails and hope it will go away. Only buy from WD bathrooms if you what to risk a frustrating and costly experience. Read below and you will see they state they will learn and improve from past issues, not happened to date!!

I ordered a walk in shower on the 8th April stating I needed it delivering before Easter. I was assured it would be and I would receive an email confirming my order. After 2 days not receiving the confirmation I phoned to make sure I would get it before Easter again I was assured and told it would be delivered by their own transport on Thursday 17th April. Today the 17th I phoned again first I was told their system was updating so they would phone me back after an hour and a half no phone call so I called again only to be told they were out of stock and they had sent me an email 2 days ago, I haven't received any email. SO BE WARNED

Having been let down by another company and with my fitter due in 2 days time I was in a flap. I called WD who seemed to bend over backwards to help me out. I got my order on time with better quality products and at a cheaper price!! They also pointed out that what I wanted to order wouldn't actually fit, saving me even more pain. I have since recommended them to a handful of my friends all of who have been as impressed as me. Thank you WD you have restored my faith in buying online.

Having spent over £700 with wdbathrooms I can safely safely say everything was delivered on time and in order. A company I would recommend. Not bad at all
