Water features to go and the lovely Laura have been brilliant a manufacturing fault appeared after a few weeks contacted the company and a replacement was arranged immediately no hassle no quibble just good service

Hi bought a solar water feature and after 13 months the pump or solar panel stopped working. Wrote to the company and received a reply from a very helpful representative called Laura who resolved our issue promptly with superior parts than the originals. Not sure whether it was the pump or panel but it didn't matter because they ate both renewed!!. Don't think I've ever received such good after sales care and replacements of parts so the 5 star is for that reason. Thank you Laura

We ordered 4 items which arrived promptly. Unfortunately once we had time to check the pump it was faulty. We sent an email to report the problem and a lovely lady called Laura responded immediately and made arrangements to replace it. Sadly Royal Mail managed to lose the replacement, but Laura sorted it out straight away and we now have our replacement pump.
Laura is a complete star - she responds to emails and problems quickly and effectively. Every organisation needs a Laura!

We bought a 3 bowl water feature, looks absolutely stunning.
We had a slight issue as pump was defective,this was sorted straight away no quibbling. Would certainly shop here again

I can say without hesitation that the build quality of the Solar Pitcher Cascade Water Feature is of the highest standard. For example, the sliding panel on the back for the entry of the power cables for the pump and LED lights is precisely constructed, and the overall precision of the decorative moulded frieze is perfect.

The pump shifts a lot of water! (My brother has a cascade which is mains powered, and I think that his "Cascade" would be more accurately described as a "Trickle").

I was impressed by the speed of delivery (overnight) and the care taken with protective packing. The instruction leaflet is clear and concise.
A problem emerged with the solar panel and the support staff could not have been more kind, responsive and effective. I MUST single out Laura Bowden for her patience, concern, suggestions for rectifying the problem and - within two days - decisive action in replacing the unit overnight, since when the feature has been working perfectly!

Slabs ordered were delivered quickly and very happy with them. Not one broken in transit, which is good. Got a phone call a couple of days after ordering to arrange a delivery date. Very happy!

Ordered a rainbow sandstone Malone water feature last week. Just arrived, beautifully packed. Product exactly as described even the intense colouring of the stone. Thrilled to bits with it can't wait for it to be installed.
Now installed and it looks absolutely stunning and we are thrilled with it.
Four out of the six LED lights on the top of the fountain failed after eight days . (Obviously not Water Features2Go's fault but the manufacturers). I emailed their customer service on the Thursday evening. I received a reply first thing Friday morning and the replacement lights arrived in the post on Saturday.
To me that shows their customer service is second to none and they are a team to be proud of.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

NICE FIRM TO DEAL WITH UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO CANCEL DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE, BUT PRIMPT ACTION ON THEIR PART RECEIVED REFUND PROMPTLY.WHEN CIRCUMSTACES CHANGE WILL RENEW A ORDER WITH THEM.

I can only praise Louise and Laura for the brilliant support when we were looking for our water feature. No task was to huge to ask and trust me I’m a tricky customer. As I leave 5 hrs from the main office. I was sent pictures to assist with my choice. Product arrived in a timely manner and it’s amazing. Can’t wait to install it wow our visitors.

I ordered a water feature only to be informed several days later that it was out of stock and they were unable to say when it would be available ! I did contact them to say why advertise a product when it is not in stock but got no response to this question.

We were very happy with our purchase, but it stopped working after 2 weeks. Water Features to go service and support were unbelievably good and sent us replacement parts without any charge on next day delivery. The unit is now working and we are very happy. Things go wrong from time to time, but it is how the supplier responds that shows how good they really are. I would certainly recommend water features to go

I ordered a large water feature following a disastrous experience with Primrose.co.uk (don't touch that company with a barge-pole!). Waterfeatures2go were everything that Primrose weren't - helpful, proactive and their customer support (Laura and Louise) knowledgeable, professional and helpful. There were some issues - the item was showing as in stock, but when I rang to check delivery date, they apologised profusely and said that the item wasn't actually in stock. I was extremely disappointed and decided to cancel the order. The following morning, I received a call from Louise, apologising again and saying that they actually DID have one in stock, so it was all systems go again. due to the mix up, they offered to dispatch on a next day delivery which they did. There were some issues with the product, but Laura and Louise were extremely helpful in trying to resolve them. They were easy to contact by phone, they responded promptly to emails, they called back when they said they would - and that is all so important when trying to resolve problems. I am giving 4 stars because the product itself had some issues, but for customer service alone I would give 5 stars. I thoroughly recommend this company.

First time we have used this company. Problem with LED part. Customer service fantastic. Laura was extremely efficient dealing with this problem. All sorted in less than a week. By far the best customer service we have ever experienced. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you Laura

A fault developed with my pump and it was replaced no questions asked. New pump arrived within a day. Excellent customer service.

I cannot praise the customer service (Laura) enough. Laura was so helpful and very professional in helping me to locate a replacement battery for my solar pond pump. I received the new battery the next morning.
