A Good Supplier for a Proprietary Product
I chose this supplier because they were offering the sewage treatment plant I required at the lowest price I could find on the web, and my contractor was unable to obtain it at a better price. My questions about additional features were answered promptly and fully.
I requested delivery at short notice on a particular date to meet the schedule of my contractor, and this was promptly arranged. I think the supply was direct and the delivery was actually fulfilled by the manufacturer, Marsh Industries. This was also arranged efficiently and the driver was very helpful.
Unfortunately, the heavy rainfall in March has waterlogged the ground, and made installation temporarily impossible, so I cannot comment on the operation of the plant.

I believe this review was meant for a different company as we have nothing to do with meter readings?
brilliant customer service
Rob at Waste Water Supplies was so helpful when we ordered a sewage treatment plant. We have really difficult access to our house and he arranged transport to accommodate this. He was also brilliant when I had accidentally ordered the wrong one and had to change it!!

I was pleased with the price, and that I didn't need a digger to unload as with the last 2 that I'd bought. However, when it was delivered was told the hi ab was extra. I explained that I had bought it on the basis that for once it was free delivery with no conditions attached. The driver acquised, but it should have been pre-arranged.
Also no one contacted prior to delivery, to either give me a time frame, or to get directions to my farm which isn't easy.
A little communication would have made things easier for both side's, all round.

Odpowiedź od Wastewater Supplies
Hi,
Many thanks for the 5 star review. I apologies that the driver didn't call you as we had left a note on the order for them to call 1hr prior to delivery.
We can also not Hi-Ab off load septic tanks as the grabber can not get around the necks so we always advise to have off loading facilities on site.
Again many thanks for the great review!
Regards
Rob
