Almost perfect
overall we had a brilliant experience, lauren was always very quick to respond to our queries thankyou lauren you made the whole process less painful most of your team were lovely. On the odd occasional we spoke to a guy, sorry i can’t remember your name, you were very helpful and professional .
The only negative i had was the receptionist, only one of them, i felt as if i was wasting her time No good morning or how can i help a smile would be nice 😃very grumpy , doesn’t take much to welcome a customer ( i would still recommend Wards solicitors)

Getting me divorced although I felt it could’ve been quicker then the price may have been lower.
I also would say ‘don’t expect everyone to be computer illiterate’. If you aren’t you are at more of a disadvantage and it will cost you more.
Mandy McCabe was excellent and mainly confident with the outcome. Thank you.
Although working with a PA duplicated some processes and I had to point that out so that the cost was reduced off my bill.
The length of my divorce was August 23 to July 25.
Just financial, no children involved. My interim order was Nov 23 so it went on a lot longer as I was up against a fighter.
