Do not order from the Republic of Ireland

Bought 3 items for £85.80, had to pay €25.70 customs on it.
Quality was not great,ordered size s/m and they were huge,tried to return but was going to cost me another €25.
Would not order again and would advise not to order from the Republic of Ireland. Too expensive to return

Customs charge

Ordered a dress worth over €30, apart from being poor quality I had to pay €12.79 extra for customs. For this reason I won't be ordering again.

Delivery arrived a day earlier than…

Delivery arrived a day earlier than stated. The quality of jacket (garment) exceeded expectations. Although on reading reviews product description and stating true to size I had to believe description but thankfully I waited a few days to order as my original size preference (s/m 8/10) become out of stock but because I absolutely loved the design I took a change ordered M 12/14 and lucky for me it was of great quality and fitted perfectly. My only criticism is if I would have ordered s/m it probably would’ve been too small and in high street stores I usually (top half) wear/fit size 8/10. Although if you prefer tight fit figure definition then order usual size but I wanted a loose fit so I’m more than happy with product

Quick delivery and great quality!

Extremely quick delivery and returns. Fantastic priced items and good quality. Customer service is efficient and helpful, I had to return a dress due to sizing and was worried the dress would sell out but I was reassured that they had plenty in stock. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again, thank you.

poorly made!

I have ordered three items from here and all arrived within a week through royalmail.
I am very disappointed with the jacket as it has been cut and stitched wrong so looks like my bottom has wings!! Both cardigans are shown with pockets, however neither of mine have any. I went one size bigger as per other reviews. I would say for cardigans yes but jackets are definitely true to size so now mine is too big.

So sorry you feel this way, I can confirm the shape of the jacket is like this as shown on the website the 'pear' shape.

We do not advertise the cardigans to have pockets as they do not. If you are unhappy with your items and wish to return we do offer a 14 day return policy.
