I’ve order a couple of things from the website, including the magic trousers which I’ve seen on morning tv show. I would say that the clothes are overpriced for what they are and is not a great quality. I wore the magic trousers once and when I came home the bottom of the trousers already had a large split in them even though they’re slightly too big for me. They are comfortable and light material, but they will have to go in the bin now. The returns system is a little unusual too and has a very short window. Unfortunately I was away when the order came and when I came back home- I have missed the deadline of the returns. I also bought a dress which was £25 and that is quite nice but I don’t think prices are suitable to the actual quality of clothes.

The magic mom trousers whether you buy an 8 to 10 or 12 to 14 are exactly the same size. I ordered several dresses the hem was running out on material I messaged on facebook the staff were rude. I asked when I ordered 4 dresses 2 x size 8 to 10 small and 2 x size 12 to 14 med to large they all fitted the same why. Got no reply. They seem.to advertise small.8 to 10 and med to large 12 to 14 but trousers and dresses measure exactly the same. It's very misleading and others have me tiomed this but its happened to me e etytime I order which is quite often.the co needs to mark them.one size 8 to 16 like other magic trousers and dresses are sold by several cos online.

Oh dear, I wish I had read this page before I purchased. Dress is ok, seems to have washed alright, yet to press it. But the trousers ..... oh my, fabric is very poor quality, one pocket I can barely get a hand in, the inside leg seam is open for a couple of inches at the bottom of the leg and the pattern doesn't match, cheap and horrible, and to find out I have to pay to return them! Well I won't be buying from them again. I bought similar from Matalan for the same price, better quality and I don't have to pay P&P each way.

Excellent purchases I have purchased four pairs of trousers absalutely highly recommend.

Disappointing quality and sizing was small. The mom trousers in black looked cheap with the material and sheen. Cost to deliver and also then return makes it not worth trying as it was a waste of £7 in total. Should have realised as the website is poor and there are no product reviews but I seen the trousers on a morning tv show in green and they had looked nice. Wont be ordering again from here.

I bought a holiday essentials maxi dress, nice style and length, disappointed that the dress is see through. Perhaps I should have realised it’s more of a beach cover up, rather than a summer dress.

Product sizing way out...size 20 is more like a 14. Cost to return makes it not worth trying Should have realised site poor as no product reviews shown

I am a constant online purchaser but feel very angered after my first purchase. I did read the returns information, twice, and still could not locate where it stated that with sale items you only received credit, not your money back! IT’S AT THE VERY END AFTER ‘INTERNATIONAL RETURNS’ which was irrelevant for me. Agreeing with others, this is sneaky!
Not only do you pay to return, you won’t get your money back, just credit. I’m just pleased I didn’t spend as much as I could have!!
Also, customer service is curt and cold! No sympathy or leeway. Definitely in need of training.
I have also complained to This Morning as it was through them advertising this company, I made my purchase.
Note to Customer service: I’ve read your responses to some reviews below, please don’t advise me to get in touch as I have been in contact and you have continuously refused to refund me my money, on this one and only occasion, with the knowledge that I had not shopped with you before.
It’s shocking to know that, in these times, you are not concerned about losing new custom. It’s a shame as what I ordered fit well and wasn’t bad, just not right for now, but I have plenty of other online shops to choose from to spend my money on who are more considerate to their consumers.

The blazer fits well according to the size I chose, aside from the arms, which are quite tight. I had read other reviews mentioning the arms being too tight with the blazers, but I took a risk. The material is relatively nice, and the blazer feels and looks lovely on. It's a great item for both smart and casual wear and is easy to iron. It is lightweight, so especially good for the warmer weather.

Very quick delivery BUT the size is BIG and cheap fabric...I'm a true 12-14 and the jacket is way too big. The colour is not as bright as the photo and the 'teddy' lining feels like cheap scratchy nylon. I previously bought a summer dress from them a few years ago which I could give the same comments about - big and cheap fabric. I won't buy from this company again I'm afraid.

Order arrived quickly needed to return for a different size no problem and waived postage charge. Can't say fairer than that
