Bought iWalk 3. It was delivered very quickly, the next working day. The product is pricy but very much worth the money - massive quality of life improvement.

I was happy in every way. Ordering was fine, tracking and delivery and the stick js fine. I used it to church yesterday and it was really great. Thank you

Excellent design. Easy to fold, looks good, has good function in height adjustment, and feels sturdy. Far superior to an alternative I also have.

The item I ordered was very badly packaged (the box was not even big enough for the stick I ordered) and arrived damaged (serious scratching on the handle). I raised complaint with the company but received very little sympathy. Just received this standard response - "Having reviewed the matter, we are satisfied that the item left our warehouse in good condition. Unfortunately, despite our packaging procedures, items can occasionally sustain damage whilst in transit with the courier. Whilst we regret this happened to your order, we are unable to determine precisely how the damage occurred once the parcel entered the delivery network." STILL AWAITING REFUND

Excellent company to do business with. Order sent quickly and customer service a delight to deal with.

My stick arrived and was faulty so I send an email with an attached photo of the missing flexi foot.
I then followed this with a phone call to ensure they had the email.
The reply was very sharp and without knowledge, there was no apology. Prepaid label sent with instructions and order details requested. I posted it back the same day.
1 week later there was no acknowledgement so phoned again, finally told it was in returns, would be chased and I would be emailed that day.(Monday)
No email by the next morning so phoned again(3rd call), after an 8min wait for Cholene to contact her manager that it would be chased.
It finally arrived on Thursday.
At no point did anyone apologise for the obviously faulty Flexistick.
In future I will be looking for another supplier as Health and Care do not appear to care about their customer service as the stick was clearly faulty when it was packaged.

The disabled VAT relief only applies to certain products. This is not available on all products like most companies of this type. The sticks l bought were ok though.

I have got an account, I have ordered, paid and received an order confirmation, but 7 days later I still haven't received my stick nor any email confirming its been sent. This is unacceptable.

The walking stick I purchased 3 weeks ago has been to the USA for 2 weeks and performed perfectly

I was looking for foldable crutches with closed cuffs, however, they were not just ordinary adjustable crutches. It would be great if they made them to help people with scooters etc to carry them easily.
