I did have an issue with the third…

I did have an issue with the third stick I ordered from Walking Sticks (however, no issues with my previous two sticks that would have required the help of Customer Services),as stated in a previous review, so I won't repeat here. But after posting a negative review, they did get back to me and resolve the issue by sending me two replacement ferrules free of charge. Many thanks. Greatly appreciated...

This company is great to deal with.
I chose my walking stick.
Filled in the order form
And it was ready to be delivered
No mess. No fuss.
Arrived when it said it would.
Use it all the time walking and it steadily helps to improve my walking.
A great buy for anyone wanting craftsmanship and quality like I do

Ordered a pair of walking sticks for my wife same order no for each as you have to order a left one and a right one but when they came they were different shades of Blue when speaking to them they said they could not pick 2 the same colour.Would never use this company again ,

Walking pole or walking stick?

Having used a walking pole for some time to aid balance I bought my husband his first walking stick. Super quality, lovely design, good price and does the job far better!
