Poor customer service
There were an issue with the card system to pay online. I had to call you to sort out the situation then I was able to pay for my order. 3 days later still no email to confirm my order or to say this had been shipped. I had to send an email to check my order situation when I found out the item is not available by the supplier. What a waste of time I was disappointed. I wanted to support my community by buy from black businesses but the customer service is not on point at all.

Just what the UK needed! I love everything about Wakuda! The fact I can shop all in one place for black owned products is a real joy and diminishes the painstaking task of google searches and seeing whether products are really black-owned. When I ordered I was pleased with the efficiency of communication. I received my order within the estimated time and the product was even better in person. Overall I'm pleased
Overall I'm pleased. Would be nicer if sweatshirts and hoodies were cotton instead of poloyster. Also the sizes were not indicated on the items. So I literally had to eyeball and lay each one against another to size them.
