Great Experience
Really happy with my purchase, the product was great and my mother really liked it. I also received extra wax melts with my purchase, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Very unusual candle
Very unusual candle, has real rose quartz stone pieces on top, will make a lovely gift for someone (or I might even keep it for myself). There was a slight shipping delay but was kept informed.

I must admit I was really disappointed…
I must admit I was really disappointed over a week later and my product was still not shipped, I’ll let it go this time as apparently it was a Royal Mail issue. Apart from that I was really happy with the personal service I received, packed well and true to description

There was a confusion regarding my…
There was a confusion regarding my order at the beginning. My original payment was declined so I paid with another card which was then refunded. Eventually the payment on the original card went through! I was contacted at everything was sorted out.
