Chat takes an age to get through and they are interrogating potential new clients for commercially sensitive information. I don't like the attitude of this company asking us to persuade them in order that they will accept our business so we are not doing business with them.

Have used VPS.net for over 12 years. Service is great and good value. Support have been very helpful over the years and reply in a way I can understand the issue.

Almost a decade of great service
Since 2014 I never had but good support, I resell the service, never been disappointed.
Despite the time difference and my tech ignorance, they ask the right questions to solve prablems,that usually I/client make.

I find the WHMCS guide to install quite confusing and not at all helpful. I want to sign up as a reseller, yet no reseller pricing is available. I got 100$ free credit which is useless as i cant seem to order any services with it. What a pity!!

I had an issue where I couldn't send emails from my Domain. Spoke to support and they diagnosed this in minutes and applied a quick fix. Great service!

Quick Response Time
Needed to clear up billing after changing credit cards, and only waited a couple minutes for online chat. Everything cleared up quickly, and the website is also easy to navigate!

Leave you data.. You'll get no service or customer support.
This company makes you leave your data and confirm your credit card... then they do not give you access to the platform. its a waste of time.
Customer service is unavailable unless they choose to confirm your account.
Platform is bland and dissapointing. I would not put any importnant load on their cloud.
Please. Dont even try to sign in on the premise that you will get free cloud credits.. Wont happen! Do not leave your data to this company and just go with cloud provider you can rely on.
VPS.net is the worst cloud infrastructure provider I've seen to date.

Customer service is horrible. Calling them is also impossible as they are unreachable. Tried the sales department via the chat function and I'm speaking with "Jay Rose" that doesn't answer to me for over 30minutes. Switching companies asap

Great customer service
I was having issues with reinstating my SSL certificates on my website as they were supplied by a third party. Vps very kindly applied two brand new ssl's for free for the next year to help resolve the issue quickly. Much appreciated and just wish more companies could be as helpful.
