Each time we've dealt with VoIPon, it has been simple personified. The next day delivery is extremely helpful for our business needs. When we've had to return an item that wasn't specifically suited to our needs, this process has also been quick and easy, taking the hassle out of what is usually a slow process. Would recommend fully.

I have been dealing with Voipon for several years now as one of their suppliers and have always found them a very easy and friendly company to deal with. Luke Perry and Steven Watson have been my main contacts, they both have a great product knowledge and feedback from any customers we have worked together on has always been very positive.
They seem to have a very clear idea of where to position products and pricing in the market place and back this up with excellent customer service.
I would happily recommend them any company looking for VoIP related products.

It has been a complete pleasure working with VoIPon over the past few years, I would recommend them to anyone looking for to get a quality VoIP system with short timescales!

We purchase more than 9000GBP worth of products from Voipon (cameras, phones, conferencing) none of which worked, was faulty, or technically impossible to install to be in working condition. Some phones which we didn't install immediately didnt work out of the box but were past warranty date. Technical support was zero and once they had our money in the bank they ignored us. Voipon is a disaster from beginning to end. Voipon you made this one of the worst experiences of purchasing technology ever. congratulations..

Having dealt with a number of other companies and being very disappointed with the technical advice, pricing and service I stumbled across Voipon and decided to give them a chance.

The pre sales advice and service that I received from Luke was fantastic. He clearly had a good understanding of the products they represented and really took the time to fully understand the background and specifications of my requirement to ensure I had all of the required products for this particular project.

The process of ordering through the website was straightforward and easy. I had my tracking information by close of business and my invoice in my inbox the next morning before business began.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone and will be using them for my voip business moving forward.

I order some phones, then when they didn't arrive after 6 days, I called and was told even though the website said they are available, they had been allocated to other orders. No apology, and they would not process the refund on the phone.

Trying to get support is pretty much impossible !!

They don't care and will not reply to emails unless you threaten to leave and even then their response is half hearted and just enough to get you to go away.

Never again will I use their VoIP services. Totally unacceptable company.

I still struggle to know the status of my order.
It took two days to get a offer and the possibility of online payment.
First query 9/11 received offers and payment link 11/11
Payment done Friday 11/11 send copies of the online confirmation of online payment to be sure of sending the same day before the weekend.

Since I have not received a tracking or order confirmation Monday, 14/11 I send a mail early morning, receive answers in the evening after 6PM that they do not see the payment in the CRM. I answer immediately and sends back a screen dump from completed payment ( 2nd time) with Quote number
Wednesday, 16/11 I receive answers if I still want my product as they can not be send on Wednesday when they are out of stock, (despite all the product was to delivered the next day on webshop). But could be sent by DHL Thursday, 11/17 which I accept and ansk for a order confirmation and a tracking number as soon as it is sent.

Friday, 18/11 I have heard nothing back. Reminder by e-mail for a response and confirmation that it is now under way and the forwarding of an invoice. The amount drawn on our VISA cards Friday, 11/11

Really poor customer service, I choose VoIPON as all products were in stock and our company could save about 10% but most importantly, the delivery time as our distributor in Denmark could only deliver after 3 days.
choice of VoIPON was not the right choice this time! Hope that they delivery monday, even though our coordinated installation has been canceled until next week.

Voipon were very nice and very helpful during the sales stage but 2 of the phones that they sold us were faulty. Their customer service department told us that we would have to pay extra to return the faulty goods as it is per their terms and conditions. After a bit of back and forth with the customer service agent and requesting to speak to a manager it was agreed that penalising customers after selling them faulty goods is not good customer services.

Fortunately the situation is now being dealt with properly, the phones are being replaced, Voipon haven't lost a customer and hopefully the customer service agent has learned a bit about customer service

I called through to speak to Voipon last week and was put through to a gentleman called Luke.

He kindly took the time to answer all of my technical queries, assisted me with product recommendations and was prompt in quoting me after the call.

He then took the time to call back and speak to me once the product had been received and to see how things were coming along. That being the case we will now be using them again for all future business.

I had a great experience when purchasing new ip phones for my office - sales team were knowledgeable and recommended akuvox which are great and my order arrived the next day !!! Polite - knowledgeable - efficient !!

Really easy to use website. Website gave me all the information that I needed before I purchased my Akuvox VoIP phones. Very pleased with the delivery and service from VoIPon, will continue to use.

Our company (from Spain) made two purchases in September (the second purchase was to complete the first one as we got uncomplete information from their staff when making the first order).
Now that I have our credit card statements, I can see they have charged us much much more than their invoice says.
I have called three times today. Twice I've been cut off and the third time I've been transfered to somebody's voicemail. Nobody has called me back. I have written an email. Nobody has replied.
If I was anywhere near them, I would personally go to their offices and tell them face to face how horrible their service is, not to mention illegal.

After some stock issues (not 4gon's fault), they went above and beyond to help us as a customer out and get the kit to us within our tight time frame. Great customer service from Steven, would sertainly recommend them to all who need help with anything wireless or IP phone wise!.

Hi I bought I sangoma card from them a while ago, originally I bought a cheap one they did (openvox), that card was not very good (good for the low price, but crackeld a bit).

So I asked them if I could return it and get a better card, They were very prompt and delt with the return and dispatch very quickly. I had the pleasure of speaking to the tech staff who really knew their stuff and helped me figure out what I needed. I defo use them again.

I was looking at several different types of VoIP Phones. At first I wasn't sure which brand to purchase but after watching the VoIPon review videos and checking the comparisons charts I went for Yealink products. I ordered several Yealink T26P's which arrived next day. Very pleased customer.
